    When the DL machine is broken that has been the norm - one limited menu coffee. The extra coffee mentioned here (even when the DL machine is working) seems to be the norm on longer sailings with lots of upper tier C&A customers.

    Fresh air is shared in the hallway between a number of cabins and when you open your balcony door it affects that air. The HVAC system in the cabin is not totally isolated from the rest of the ship. The affect is minor, but not zero.

    It is not a direct affect (your door open affecting others) but indirect movement of air shared between a number of cabins on that section of the deck.

    On board, you can opt to get the package later in the cruise - that might move the break-even to on board - it all depends on your usage needs and the price in the planner.
