  1. Look for the 2025-2026 deployment thread later this summer with this kind of info - itineraries sometime after November.
  2. Wi-Fi calling doesn’t get around the normal US domestic calling rules - it just eliminates the need for a cell tower connection. You’d have to connect to a cell tower in Europe to take advantage of free calling locally. You didn’t get charged for connecting to the ship cell tower, you got charged because you made an international call as if you were calling from the US.
  3. All perks other than the balcony discount are applicable on board only.
  4. And RCI thanks you for the purchase. BTW, lots of folks who play could probably provide the same training on the ship. But you do get guaranteed court time this way. Biker, who learned to play pickleball on a ship many years ago.
  5. TAs usually have access to the excursions, if available - they may not be that far in the future. You could also ask in the roll call thread for that sailing.
  6. Pretty good - see the MDR host as soon as you board.
  7. If you want to notify someone either quote their post or use the @Choozin Croozin call out. You can find Jewel related threads via the drop down menu on the main RCI page here at CC.
  8. Looks like the marketeers have figured yet another way to separate you from your money.
  9. Even the least popular ship/repo at low prices is likely to be above 80% capacity - the days of 50% capacity on any itinerary are long gone.
  10. I hope you are ready for more "discrimination" for other purchases.
  11. The bartender will be more important than the location. See if the suite lounge one is good enough for you, then try other locations.
  12. It may have a usable HDMI port (not USB) which may need a remote as mentioned above.
  13. The 7604 is total, 2K+ of that is crew so "only" about 5600 passengers making it about 100% capacity (no need for anything above double occupancy) - certainly high for a TA. There were some very low prices for that sailing.
  14. No, the reservation number - I guess in your case it's not and it could be that they have redone the numbering somewhat recently but, in the past, the SetSail pass barcode was <booking #> - <cabin #> or <booking #> - <GTY> if still unassigned.
  15. Most of the time the number before the dash is the booking number.
  16. Other maybe one or two ships, when a ship is upgraded to Starlink the on board networking is not upgraded. So if a cabin had poor reception before, the Starlink upgrade won’t fix that. I would take the reports with a huge grain of salt, the reception is probably fine in most cabins. Also, if you get closer to the cabin door and maybe even crack the door a bit, it will work much better. Folks expecting great reception throughout the ship and even on the balcony are in for a disappointment.
  17. The trick only works when there's an internal assignment - until then, you get what you are seeing. Anyone with knowledge/experience with this trick would know that it doesn't always show the cabin.
  18. It worked, most of the time, on the Symphony TA this week, so the Atlantic is covered - not sure about other remote areas. The ships have the old geo sats system as a back up.
  19. GTY cabin assignment have likely no bearing on Royal Up (and you are likely too far out still). BTW, when that GTY assignment becomes official, your Royal Up bids are likely to be canceled (any change on the booking does that) - you'll have to rebid.
  20. The CSR must have confused that answer with Celebrity - not true for RCI.
  21. That only works if you bought with OBC already in the planner. If you bought with a credit card and you cancel, it will take a while for that refund. Getting an instant refund when you bought with planner OBC is normal.
