The RCI app may list specials in the casino -look at the current sailing to see if there are any. Also, you might ask in a current Roll Call thread - what other ships do in the casino may not apply to Jewel. -

Just have someone go to the casino with the Seapass card and cash in the OBC via slot machine for you -the OP seems to have one person that may still be able to do that.

As mentioned, try to find out from others on your sailing if anyone else was able to bid. If the booking contains two different last names, try the other one.

Actually, the IT Dept. did their job just fine by getting the message to you - the content of the email was drafted by others, who are to blame for the outdated info. Also, that message is not that outdated since that itinerary includes Canada and the lifting of testing for there only happened a few days ago.

Some context here may help others - don't expect this ^ from inside the ship, only on outside decks/balcony with a direct unobstructed view to land.

They do/did - it was about 7 years. The search results within CC are limited to about two years so anything older than that is typically resurrected form an outside search engine find. This one is not that old and some old ones are still relevant even if resurrected after a long posting pause. -

With the latest updates, RCI limited the kind of device the app supports and your tablet is likely not on the list. The update for your phone is available in the Pay/App store or look in the settings of your phone.
