  1. Good question. We have a suite booked, so it's the same thing. If you look at what is written, it says priority guests have their priority line, but must adhere to the arrival time. But, that didn't seem to be what happens in practice. So, even though it probably isn't necessary, I'll be checking in online at midnight 16 days out.
  2. 1. Not sure when they're open, but I'd like to know, as well, as I'll be on the Horizon this summer. 2. We all know that you'll definitely have a salad for lunch. AND a Guy's burger.
  3. Half Moon Cay is the same. But, it seems they learned a "lesson" here and made Mahogany Bay cabanas with a private beach area to get people to pay the upcharge for additional people.
  4. covermore.com and travelinsured.com quoted great rates and comprehensive policies for our trips. I would include quotes from these companies in your research.
  5. Mine came with an email with a new gift card number. Not sure how long it took though, it was not recent.
  6. I would think so. Both of our summer 2023 cruises are mostly filled ships, and both have availability for the Seuss breakfast.
  7. Now we know why the kids always fall asleep during night owls!
  8. Do you know if the results of the autopsy have been made public?
  9. Carnival saying "suspicious" is not enough. The reason why they think it was suspicious MAY be enough, but it would be up to a judge to decide if the warrant was appropriate based upon the evidence presented.
  10. Anyone know if they approved the OBC for Aug and beyond yet?
  11. Have you tried calling the steward? I've always been against removing auto tips. But, I guess if they don't show up once the entire cruise...
  12. Eh, "Oh My Darling, Clementine" is worse. Not theoretically!
  13. And, to get the search warrant, they need probable cause that a crime has been committed. IMO, the fact that someone died, alone, is not enough to warrant probable cause. At least it shouldn't be. Which (at least should) mean that there is evidence of foul play in addition to just the fact that someone died.
  14. I'd like the sweet and sour shrimp and the beef brisket please. And start with the cold soup of the day.
  15. When you do the online check in, you select a funding account for each person separately. The process will go through each person, and you do not need to do anything in advance. This has nothing to do with creating a carnival.com online account. Completely separate. No need to create Carnival.com accounts for anyone. Won't do anything, won't save time. I am managing multiple rooms for the first time, also. But, from what I've read here, you can pick the arrival time of the other bookings you are managing, so you can pick the arrival time of all 3. However, you do have to do them sequentially, so, I guess it is possible that the time you select for the first one you do may not be available for the second or third.
  16. This makes me happy we just booked Larry's Limos.
  17. Also, you need to look at the medical exclusions waiver deadline. This will depend upon how long ago you put the deposit down, not how long before you sail. Timeline varies by company.
  18. And... all those photos afterwards of an empty ship is the argument for being early!
