My grandson has had £15 k frozen on his bank account by bank error my daughter is loaning him the amount while it is sorted a ***** up by the bank but nobody is perfect are they he is dealing with calmly not accusing anyone of theft etc

our stateroom on QA too is very small but our one on QM2 next week is large enough I suspect the WS has'nt caught up with the new ship

I was on 4 28 nights in Feb don't use sunbeds but many did in the Caribbean so I expect they were happy with them

Since you have been critical of much of Cunard's offerings on your recent TA I perhaps incorrectly thought that were including the captain since your list of complaints is somewhat extensive.

What were the weather conditions? The ship may have been out running a weather system I have done TA on QM2 in December storm 10 for 3 days ship was perfectly stable . Having spent much of my professional life at sea she is the best sea keeping vessel I have experienced. Incidentally I am sure the captain was not asleep for 5 days.

For our 28 night Caribbean Jan Feb we had very little problem with emails and web browsing while at sea. Is the problem now worse with the new internet package? Off to fjords next month so expect limited service up fjords.

I had exactly the same problem contacted them by phone and messenger and finally got sorted after seeing WC rep on Mary in January
