  1. A little behind. Sunset yesterday Waited for the sunrise this morning. I went up to the deck so early (pitch black), it seemed like it took so long for it to rise. But it was worth the wait. And then these huge fluffy white clouds
  2. Got up super early because I missed the last few day’s sunrise. It was so dark. Something about ship time versus Cozumel time. I just waited for the sun to come up but the it was very stubborn this morning. Lots of clouds. So I went to the walking track and did some laps Sun trying hard to peek out of the clouds
  3. Thank you, @John&LaLafor putting this special goodie bag together for us. Really appreciate the thought, time and care you put into it. View from the Flowrider
  4. Good morning, Florida! Hello, Ft. Lauderdale! We made it! We arrived earlier than scheduled. Couldn’t really sleep during the flight. Only nodded off a little bit. Will take a Lyft to Miami port at 8:45. See you all then! WooHoo!!!

  6. @dani negreanuYes, my daughter would agree with that. She was so insistent in being born that month that she came 2 months early. March 20th. First day of Spring, no less. @h20skibum, Mark, Your sacrifice, constant and steadfast commitment to your daughter & family is inspiring. I continue to lift you all up in prayer. May the doctors work wonders in helping your daughter with the right treatment to overcome her recent challenges.
  7. Thank you, Dani. 🥰 ❤️ No worries. No need to apologize. There is a lot of us. Lol. Wish you were coming along also. I do want to wish you a early Happy Birthday (3/17). We will be in Costa Maya that day. Hope you and your DH have smooth flights and a fantastic time on your much anticipated trip to Marroco, Marakesh and Madrid..
  8. We are on this same cruise to Hawaii with you. They cancelled the one last year that we had booked so we booked this year's. Really looking forward to it. We really like Ovation & Odyssey, too.
  9. No, these are not necessarily her favorite. She wanted something special that she knew everyone would enjoy. She is a very private person and does not like to draw any attention to herself so she didn't want any party but her kids convinced her that she should celebrate her 90th. So she agreed but only with immediate family, including her 2 sisters. No extended family or friends. There were 40 of us. After the party, she reflected and was really happy that she had this party. She appreciated how all her family came and everyone had a really great time. Her actual birthday is 3/14, Pi Day. She'll probably go to the casino. That's her favorite thing to do.
  10. We had my MIL’s 90th Birthday Dinner at Lawry’s Prime Rib on Saturday night. Everything was delicious. 11. Are you on the same cruise with him? He has knee issues so I’m not sure he will be doing much Fllowrider. I hope you get to meet him if you’re on the same cruise. Super nice guy and his wife, too.
  12. What a sight. I have never seen so much snow on the Grapevine. This highway was closed last weekend because of a snowstorm. This does not happen very often.
  13. On Sunday (day after the wedding), we had a Brunch Pool Party at the hotel pool for all the guests for one last time to get together before everyone start heading home. Sunday morning sunrise. That’s the view from our balcony. They are setting up for the pool party. Brunch buffet area In summary, this was the most magical and fun wedding I’ve ever attended. It was so well organized and coordinated from beginning to end. It was a blast and everyone had a great time. The wedding planner said she posted photos to her friends throughout the night at the wedding and they couldn’t believe how amazing everything was. They said they had never seen anything like it. The hotel concierge was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for all the events. She was so appreciative of everyone being so nice and respectful. So, as we all said our goodbyes, we come away having experienced this once in a lifetime fun and memorable event that will stay with us for a very long time. It was truly EPIC. As for me, I was so grateful for the Lyft driver to deliver the 2 passports that were left in his car so that we were able to make it to son’s wedding. With that, I wrap it up here. Thank you all for letting me share this beautiful and momentous occasion with you. I hope I didn’t bore you. Next up, is my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday party (dinner) in LA this weekend. I just barely unpacked from the wedding. Then, it’s one more week until Bella cruise. Another epical (is that a word?) event.
  14. And for the Grand Finale, there was Fireworks. For those that weren’t tired yet, there was an After Party back at across the street from the hotel where we had the Rehearsal Dinner for more dancing, tacos, and drinks. Son and his friends DJ’ed that event.
  15. The couple chose to have the wedding guests seated in a circle. Flower petals on the ground. Some parasol umbrellas for guests to use to help shield the sun. The chairs still have to make their way to the tables after the ceremony. A Photo Booth in the back there The Bar
  16. @Jimbo, trust me, we were very mindful and careful what we ate and where we ate at. No one got sick. I have not seen that movie. I know that they showed that part of the movie that you’re talking about for the trailers. Just never had the time to watch it. @BonTexasNY, I will post some wedding photos soon as I edit them. There are so many, I have to select just a few. I would love to show you them on Oasis in a couple weeks. We just got home last night from warm weather to wet and cold weather. It was 51 degrees in the house when we got home. Today, the sun is out at least.
