  1. Clever! I just checked, and my Cagney's reservations can be found on the page that is generated when I click Print Booked Items. Thank you!

Oops, can't find the specific number. But I know they can also transfer you to that dept from the main NCL number.

Edited to add, found it: 1-866-234-7350

    .

Thanks I just printed it out........You should too the way things are changing:)

  2. I also posted earlier in the day about my reservations not being seen online for cagneys. I called and the rep also said that i still had my reservations and i made another reservarion for cagneys. As i searched under the vacation summary tab i clicked on the print booked items tab under the itinerary listed and there were my reservations for cagneys confirmed for me. I asked if cagneys was being removed from the udp and they said no so not sure what that means but i also thought my reservations were cancelled but they were not and they are listed on the print booked items tab so if anyone else cant view their reservations for cagneys go here and take a look.

Thank you!!! It shows up once you go to print it......Printing it out right now :)

  3. I'm the one who called and asked about my missing reservations. I was assured that my reservations are still there, and the rep reconfirmed the times, days, and number of people. A PDF dining reservation confirmation was emailed to me for my records. I'll be printing that out to take with me.

Curiously, MyNCL does still list me as having an event booked on the days of the Cagney's reservations, even though I don't have anything else booked.

That's good to know I will call tomorrow. What number did you call?

When I look at the Vacation Summary It shows I have to things booked when I click on it now it only shows rock of ages.

  4. Well they would have had my family on the June 21 week if the prices were better....

Hmmm... So they had trouble booking the 21? No surprise there as local high schools are still in class and its still ny regents exam week

Oh and the June 21 prices were toooo high.

Oh well money is going to Disneyworld instead!!!

Sent from my iPhone using Forums

I haven't looked today but I bet they will be going lower until they fill more cabins.

That is a tough week with Graduations and some kids still in school.

  5. I have a friend on the Breakaway. She was told by one of the crew that since the room service fee was implemented, take out at O'Sheehans has really increased so now they are stopping take out. She said it's to force people to pay the room service fee. During my last cruise I enjoyed getting food from O'Sheehans to eat on my balcony. My son's enjoy room service but I refuse to pay for it. I will bring them food back to eat from the buffet and I hope no one tries to stop me.

    Thank you for posting!

  6. Hi All,

We are new to Norwegian and I have a question. We are on deck 10, starboard side, in the area directly above Maltings and the Cigar Bar. I'm a little concerned about smelling smoke while I'm out on my balcony. When I called Norwegian, the rep said that smoking isn't allowed outside in those areas because they are near food service areas. Has anyone stayed in that area and had any issues with smelling smoke from those venues while out on the balcony?

    Thanks so much.

    Karen

Hi Karen, I am a smoker I smoked outside out Maltings and Fat Cats on the BA.

That being said I have never stayed on deck 10. If you are sensitive to smoke you may want to see if you can move port. You will also get a great firework display port side :)

  7. The only 'rumor' I heard was from someone who was posting from the ship while on a cruise and they said that O'Sheehan's was not allowing them to order food, have it wrapped up and take it back to their room. They claim that O'Sheehan's said they were told 'No Takouts'.

I don't know if this is true or not, however, IF it's true I can't believe it would also apply to the Buffet.

    Harriet

I hope it's not true on my last cruise I took out from O'Sheehan's

Wings and I bought a Banana split!

  8. Just got an email from our good friends at NCL and they offered to move us from a spa balcony to a spa mini suite (no cost). The thing is that we would have to go a week earlier.

Forgot to mention we are booked on the BA the week of June 28th and I wanted to go as late in the season as possible due to water temps (can't go later because of work). I doubt a week would make a difference. The main question is that is it worth switching?

No not worth it, unless they are giving you a Spa Haven suite!

I am on your cruise too! I know another person from our roll call took the deal.

For me I want to be onboard for July 4th. The only real differences between the Balcony and the Mini is the bathroom is a little bigger and a few feet.

  9. Exhausted just Reading this can not imagine the stress going through it. Glad MonkeyBones finally got what she deserved. Makes me nervous if they will honor the promo code I booked under just looking for free drinks.

I hope others will not have to go through this......and it was stressful but having the support of the CC gang helped!

Don't be nervous......Be prepared! It's best to always print out everything you book and promo details.
