Much more expensive than a regular JS on Utopia hence why when they were published as SKY Class - the frenzy began 8 more cabins (double occupancy) less PAX than 30 pinnacles 😉

We have 1 of the coveted 8 JY’s booked for the Inaugural on Utopia (that was a 4am booking) 🥳 She sure wasn’t cheap

Last actual complimentary upgrade we got was in 2017 on Freedom Totally unaware and unplanned Checked in and we were confused as to why we were in a GS when we booked a JS (No complaints 😎) All other upgrades since then have been through Royal UP or we have paid directly to upgrade

Thank you for update I recall someone mentioning that they were ripping out the exit pay booths So pay on entry keeping it like at T1- I prefer paying on way in, so much quicker and smoother for the getting out on the return (better for B2B as well) Thanks again 😎

The real big thing we noticed recently was heavier traffic actually turning into T1( between 9:15 - 9:30) it was chaotic I actually did a U-Turn at main entrance and went back in next right and line in was easier to get up ramp as only 1 lane, rather than 3 merging into 1 for the loop and cutting in left for direct ramp access

We always park around 9:15- 9:30am It can be a cluster getting into carpark as everyone assumes you need to go around the loop to drop off luggage We never drop luggage and go straight into carpark at 9:15am so many spaces on level 2 Just tell employee at the ramp you are not dropping off and go straight up ramp But if you are dropping of, stay in the long big loop Elevators to the right are the quietest as 80% are off ship before 9, so carpark is pretty empty by 9:15am We do this pretty regularly as PC is our home port to drive to and park Hope this helps 😎

When we lived in TX and sailed out of Galveston - we always stayed at the Hilton (5/6 times) Close to Kroger and IHOP (both walking distance) On check in at hotel we signed up for the earliest shuttle that was available There was a sign up at reception 10:00am was earliest from recollection Morning of departure all cars would follow shuttle bus to a parking lot behind the San Luis (all other PAX already on bus with luggage loaded) Quick transition once all had parked up Maybe 3-5 cars max per shuttle Park up and get on the bus for the port - about a 10-15m journey It was complimentary back then, however we would always tip driver $5 per PAX regardless. Last time we did this was 2019 A lot may have changed, but I would stay there again if we ever sailed out of TX again. Contrary to belief you can also book just ONE night by booking directly (Lots of Galveston hotels require min 2 night stay) We do miss our TX cruises and the people 🤠

COVID got in the way of our 2020 British Isles Jolly on Regal - Glad you enjoyed it Boss had Sky booked and now Sun is in the books and fully paid - Will be nice to sail another New ship We are now mixing it up and just sailing what lines offer the best per person per day value for our needs Happy days Pompey are winning 5-1 EFL Trophy and our currently top of the league and unbeaten PUP PPU
