    not always, my SIL had an offer last year that included cheers for free and it was not a casino offer

    the shareholder credit has to be reauthorized every year by the corp. It is currently only authorized to July 2024

    Website shows no payment due, and there is no make a payment option, but the app still shows that I owe and has that option.

    Eventbrite is just the ticket vendor, the organizer would determine refund policy, if the event costs that much there may be a policy you can purchase

    What type of event? When purchasing tickets many times there is an option to purchase event insurance

    This just recently changed to being comp-the Joy after drydock is completed (mid Feb)

    Just take the card info with you and you can add it to your onboard account (at guest services or the kiosk)

    No need to buy cruise cash, just wait until you are onboard and have the gift card applied, all you will need is the # and pin. You can save a pdf of the card to your phone, or add it to google or apple wallet

    Yes, and for those that don't recall the story, it was a Veteran's service dog that was honored. Very nice feel good story that the Veterans was able to cruise again because of the dog

    I've had no problems using the kiosk, so try, then if no luck go to guest services. If you dont want to apply the full value on the card, then you must go to guest services

    Most folks doing a cancel/rebook do not wait to receive the refund to rebook for that reason. If you can't repurchase now, you have to decide if the savings are worth taking the chance of another price change

    But keep in mind that there can be a bit of a wait for the refund of the first purchase to be processed

    Yes, but a few weeks ago CCL stated that they will no longer process emailed requests and are now requiring the use of the Stockperks app, either by giving Stockperks access to your brokerage account, or by uploading proof of ownership
