I have an elite cruise in 28 days just recieved the letter to pick what type of transportation, liquor. for my room it also asked if I wanted the shore excursion or the spa credit so - yes they are still giving it hope that answered your question
sure seems like carnival keeps making more and more cut backs I really think when they cut the food at the platinum party that was ok but now one glass of wine in a couple of months will stop all together I just dont think that shows much appreciation. for being a loyal customer
I guess thats all we can do -I did call carnival and had them transfer to the casino dept but I got nowhere they all couldnt answer my questions and talked to 3 different people
Anyone else having trouble getting in touch with global inregards to verifying perks I have 3 weeks ago still nothing so 5 days ago again nothing any suggestions?
well after talking to 4 different people gave up for the day but I did email the casino dept and we will see what they say in a couple of days -I think they should honor it but probably wont. .
i recieved 2 different elite offer one with $300 free play the other not called carnival 4 times they had booked me without the free play told them I wanted to change the rate code I have been getting the run around all day thinking about cancelling. if they dont fix this will be my 22nd cruise what do you all think ?
no bacon everyother day 1 time room clean no sauteed mushrooms have to go on a treasure hunt for you vip gifts no food at the platinum party wrote a letter complaining about my balcony on the magic so much soot couldnt sit out and enjoy wrote a letter to customer service got a form letter saying sorry after the fact and now gratuities are going up so this morning I cancelled my cruise and took the $200 loss will now look into land vacations for awhile
In your room there was a carnival Pen and a little tablet -always had the ice bucket filled and the nice basket of toiletries what happened Carnival you use to make us feel special to cruise ?
