Oh my goodness! I am booked on the Regal in February 2024 and this thread has given me a heads- up on what to expect for my $714.50 CAD pp in a BW cabin. Taxes, platinum insurance & crew appreciation on top of that hefty fare. Just recently back from the Royal Princess Vancouver to Oahu for similar price. ( free upgrade to a BB). We go Standard, pre order bottle water-12 for less then $10 CAD, bring on soda & wine, and have a few perks as elite. Use to spend in the casino but can no longer stand the smoke. One of us still gets casino OBC, as well and OBC for using our FCD. My Norwegian & last HAL cruises brought me back to Princess. I am also booked on the Sun Princess in a Premium Deluxe balcony & a Signature Suite. Thanks to the OP for sharing and wish you well in the future 60+

BRB- after y’all figure this out. I booked 2 cruises last week. One showed up on app, the other didn’t could not log into app, after that. Deleted it, tried to start over. Nothing. No app for me. Personalizer and Travel summaries on laptop are correct.

I never settle for first agent if it doesn’t sound right. Post pandemic there has been a drop in knowleable age answering the phones. Sorry this has happened to you. Next 2 weeks May be worse. iMO best to cancel and wait for next promotion if you have refundable deposits.

Ok I found Sun princess deck plans by googling it , with a change in category name. The D0 is now called a Signature Balcony with Signature Benefits. No details are listed, as they are for S9- etc.

Yep, doesn’t sound right. My TA has had to correct names and birthdates on my bookings without cancelling.

HAL allows it currently. Friends just did this twice on a Northern cruise. Have not heard of it on Princess.

Got one too a month ago. Ignore it. Last one bugged me for years- messages, emails. I had an outside TA back then. I currently deal directly with Princess when I initiate the call. Last one booked a cruise that I did not ask for- no deposit and it disappeared on its own.

That was a special I guess! At times I’ve booked for $1 pp. deposit.

To OP- if in doubt try going through a travel agent or directly through calling Princess.

Per person. Did it yesterday. In Canada, I was charged $135 pp.

I had no problem booking a premium deluxe balcony on the Sun Princess yesterday. Try doing a mock booking on some other ships. Also try a different device- iPhone, laptop- I sometimes see a difference this way.

Fb person said hers just changed too and took out Sanctuary. LP Jen posts on Sun Princess Passenger thread. since website removed things today, increased price, It probab is including some benefits.

Ok, get this. i looked just now at Princess website. My D0 booked yesterday just went up $338 Canadian. It said upgrade $36 yesterday. Today upgrade is $58 C. on fb, someone has posted she’s in Canada and she posted the photo that mentions sanctuary included. i see same as you posted.

We will have to wait and see once passengers report back.

I also saw it posted on Facebook- screenshot from Pop up in princess site. But who knows. Poster said it included the sanctuary.

I am aware of Signature Suite inclusions. Unclear on the New D0 category posted above for the premium deluxe balcony aft location across from elevators.

It may mean only a few benefits that Signature suites get. My suite description says the Signature benefits are exclusive.

Let us know what you find out about the D0 category aft. i have Oct 14/24 booked in a S9 signature suite aft & Oct 19/24 booked in a D0 premium deluxe balcony. Aft.

I see this message on iPhone but not on laptop. could be a glitch. earlier in week I booked specialty dining for Sun and reserv disappeared 3 days later.

Yes, all Reserve mini suite & full suite guests are walk in- says no reservations needed on the app. Specialty restaurants do need a reservation.
