Call Princess first thing in morning. when you book specialty dining on app you put in payment choice- I had to wait abit to get the free one to show up for me to select. The specialty for the first night is probably the one they reversed the charge on. Do not dispute credit card at this point. this is easy to get fixed with a call to princess. 6 am west coast, 9 am east coast weekdays are the best times I get through without a wait.

Ok, so they should put them back in your account, since agent taking booking hold gave you wrong information.

The Travel summary for my Oct 29/22 cruise has both Manhattan & / or Brooklyn. I have sailed from Brooklyn previously on this cruise itinerary and expect to do it again. It does now give the address for Brooklyn - Red Hook, I will check again before I embark.

Why did you have credits?

Hi, Did Princess have deposits from previous bookings you made? If they did all deposits will/ would be refunded if you cancelled those bookings prior to final payment. To put a cruise on hold, no payment needs to be made at that time, and you can do that on Princess website. It is really simple. I know I have said it before, the best time to get through I find is when they start in the morning-6 am west coast; 9 am east coast.

Same here. My 2 bookings are up by $200 pp for this promo. happy with my non promotion fare.

Booking close to sail date might not be available. They take a chance. Putting cruise on hold that close to sail date requires payment within a day or two. Tell them to call for availability.
