I love cruising NCL love my Cagneys and Moderno and comp ultra drinks but for me personally this is a big negative. Holland America I have 12 day x4 cruises in a row so 48 days booked just port fees and taxes no daily fees like NCL. HAL lets me book the offers all in a row and they send out offers bi-monthly. So for me personally I may have to stick with HAL and the odd RCI. As platinum plus with NCL I will miss some perks but you can't have it all. Hopefully they change their mind I did get a generic mailer from CAS two days ago.

I cruise NCL, Holland America, Royal Caribbean and MSC. I find there's pros and cons to each. As a drinker Royal Caribbean is easy to get prime status for comp drinks but I don't enjoy the clientele. NCL has a great mix I get top shelf booze and specialty dining perks etc.. but they charge i believe 20.00 a day for booking comps and offers. I like Holland America because there's more older folks and no fees besides port fees and taxes but unless on a vip offer the drink may not be included, but the food is good and i love the music venues also I'm 40 but like to have more civilized and quieter people around and in staterooms so HAL is good for that. Their casino program seems to be decent to get comp rooms and they have cool VIP cruises. MSC don't care for too much, tight on comps and arrogant cruisers usually.

you should really try all and see what works for you and play lots with that line.

ya i booked for aug 28 i'm a dreamer. booking three back to backs Vancouver to Vancouver. 

My 19 day in April was cancelled today as well. Considering the fact I've had numerous cruises cancelled I've decided to hang the 125% extra and 250.00 onboard credit option. Best to cash out and I assume if they are still in business when cruising is an option they will reach out to us for our business. 

As for comps in the future I think it will depend your level of play. I'm guessing high level players will continue to get offers but Lower level to mid it may be quiet for a while.

I booked a 19 day Panama Canal for april 2021 hoping it happens. No risk really just another credit for later if it doesn't 620.00 cad for 19 days couldn't help but book it.

I did one one in Europe last year from Rome a 14 day it was great. Casino staff were great. Wine, champagne and gifts were sent to stateroom a few times. 

Happy to report I got my first Holland casino offer since March in the mail yesterday.

Unfortunately latest sailing is April 2021. And I'm booked with NCL already for March and April next year. Happy to see an offer though 😃.

I find sometimes I don't get a lot of email or mail offers but as others have said. Call them and you may get a variety of options. I have been comped up to 20 nights cruises and mailers are usually for way less.

No they actually never did. Also surprised a Casino rep never phoned back book me a 16 day cruise for next March.  

It's a good idea for us all to email them and put a bit of pressure to extend a year as every other company I deal with automatically did.

i currently have 2 offers that expire April 30th.

I've been home slightly over a month and haven't received any new email or regular mail from RCI, HAL, NCL. I think us junkies just need to wait it out. Since the lines aren't sure how long they will be unable to sail sending offers is not a high priority unfortunately.  

I play both, slots, roulette, BJ mainly.

I got the email today and snail mail a week ago. I will either do 7 day roundtrip Vancouver Alaskan or the 12 day Mediterranean Rome . Sounds good. 

Just curious if anyone has done a Holland America Prestige Red Carpet Experience comp ? I've done the VIP offer which was great but I'm curious about the red carpet apparently specialty food and beverage experiences and shore excursions is included.

I had them bad from Roatan last year and if they didnt appear after the day of snorkelling they appeared the next. No relief till scratched and scabbed over. quite annoying and yukky.

There's different types of malaria so I was told the proactive medicine may be a waste of time but that was around 2013. I got Malaria in Palawan in the Philippines and it's rare in most areas besides Africa.

Thanks for the tips and the snorkel map. I'll be back in March I always go to Daniels but I want to either do horse back or snorkel with dolphins this upcoming trip as well as snorkel.
