Other people have said to call back and talk to a different host and your results may be different. No consistently with that bunch.

I have been offered inside up to mini suites since 2015 and I had the same offer over the phone for 20% off a few weeks back. So if they're smart they will email or send offers via mail or I'm gone.

I'm a regular NCL at Ruby level and a platinum guest. I enjoy top shelf liquor and some nice perks with NCL.
I tried HAL rottendam last Jan for a two week cruise. The casino staff were friendly but there was no drink comp cards. I had to keep begging the hosts for comp drinks which I did receive starting at maybe the second day when they watched me play. Again friendly hosts and dealers but tight on drinks.
Now they do offer what they call VIP cruises where you will get comp drinks in the casino and from the casino bar. I have yet to try this. I'm booked for one in July 2019 in Europe.
But I was told the regular comp cruises don't expect an influx of comped drinks.

Is top shelf liquor comped for elite cruises ? Or does it vary player to player or levels.

I just got booked armonia for March 4,2019 Cuba and I was put in 1164 which seems to be right under buffet. I requested a change as I assume it will be noisy for me when I'm trying to sleep in. Anyone have a location on deck 10 under buffet ?

Sounds like NCL alright. No common sense. But if you win on NCL, they hold it against you. We won big early on one trip, and were told by 3 different NCL managers, that when we won we were playing with their money, and it doesn't count as play, even though we obtain a high level with the points. After 26 NCL comped cruises, they would only give 20%off. NCL only good if you lose. You can find many similar storiesSafe sailing

I'm booked for next April on crystal symphony comped OV as balconies are sold out. First time for me but look forward to it. Heard it's a high end line.

I took NCL Jewel from Vancouver to Hawaii last October. Soon as we arrived in Hawaii the casino shut for the rest of the trip.

I've used one on many NCL cruises. A small round one with a water compartment and a nightlight and just add a few drops. Mine plugs into the AC outlet. No issues with staff.

I have the same questions regarding crystal. I booked through urcomped a crystal cruise in Asia. It will be my first.
I'm a regular cas NCL mid to high level player. And with them I charge to my credit card and the 3% fee is waved so I really like that. And no extra credit card fees, just like a regular purchase.
I tried a Hal cruise through urcomped and the casino was to small and I had to ask for comp drinks all the time. So for now ncl and try out crystal.

Hi any updates on this question ? I'm Ruby status and curious what people are getting this year and if there's any consistency.
I have a back to back booked for Sept and the second cruise happens to start on my birthday.
Thanks

I just got off the Rotterdam today. Free drinks but it was very non consistent and I had to ask. I'm used to unlimited drinks coming directly to me on NCL or in Las Vegas. The casino crew we're all nice people. They just don't have much of a gaming program.

I'm a HAL first timer going Jan 14th for a 14 day. I'm booked at an extremely low rate through the casino. If I experience any great things I'll post after.

On my December cruise, I'll be using one Platinum dinner and three SDP dinners at Cagney's. I love that they now make Cagney's a choice for a Platinum dinner.
I agree

I just got off the sun and host gave me an extra 150.00 to charge to my room. Not a lot in my books but better then nothing. The customer service wasn't as great as on the star.
I get on the jewel on Tuesday and will report back.

NCL CAS 2020 Special Events now online
in Cruise Casinos
Posted
I haven't attended any special events with NCL either the dates didn't work for me or I've been already booked on other ships at the same time.
On another note I've enjoyed on Holland America the Casino VIP cruises the hosts do their best to make it special and have little events and treat you well.
