    Persian garden is really nice on the Reflection. It had two types of saunas, a steam room, heated loungers, rainforest showers and I *think*? a cold room.

    Thanks this is perfect. I’m a bit underwhelmed at the design of this as compared to the great Sunset bar on the S class ships. The bar seating on Apex faces a wall basically (like M class), whereas on S class it’s a bar in the round with great views from any bar seat.

    Does anyone have any good photos that showcase the Sunset bar area on the Apex? I’ve looked all over the web for videos or photos specific to the Apex and I can’t seem to find any that really show what the space looks like on the Apex. There are lots of photos of the Sunset bar on the Beyond but the Sunset bar on that ship are totally different from the Apex.

    How does the food ordering work? Do they limit it to a certain number of people that can order or a certain number of items you can order? We have 5 people in our group that will be in the cabana. I’d like to order the Luminae burger and also shrimp cocktail.

    No, the system won’t let you or an agent pick a non-Aqua cabin with the Aqua rate/perks. Keep watching for an Aft facing Aqua cabin to potentially open up around final payment time.

    Elvie is our steward, she is great!! Butler is Vishal, he is good, basically everything we’ve asked for has been done for us.

    The agent jacked up the rate to take a portion for themselves. So if the cruise cost quoted was $1,200 and in reality the cruise line only was charging $1,000, then the agent took $200 as a fee.

    Yes if you paid a NRD and Celebrity cancels the sailing then you can get a full refund of all money paid. Exact same thing happened to me, twice.

    This ^^^^^ It’s just the way it works with the All Included and you have to wait for their systems to do their magic and re-calculate and add the perks and the offsetting credits.

    Yep once the reservation is established on board and is transferred to the travel agent it’s not treated any differently than a re-price. So the agent can go into the reservation and re-price it into their group space and group rates and then save the reservation. You will then have to pay the additional deposit amount.

    There is no specific day they are guaranteed to open for bookings. They load the sailings in a little at a time, but best to check early in the mornings each day to look for the specific one you are waiting to open.

    Is pressing of garments included in the Penthouse suite? I bought a couple new dress shirts and don’t want to iron them before we go so was hoping they would press them for free for me.

    I don’t, but I would assume they will have events onboard during your sailing.

    I think they will still be up. We did a cruise on the Reflection over new years this year and they were still decorated I believe.
