Suites have refundable deposit rates. But again, be prepared to pay a higher rate just to get a refundable deposit option.

Yes there is. It’s a 15% discount for Elites. Call the Captains Club to have them upgrade you and apply your discount. 1-800-760-0654 You can even use any OBC that you might have available to pay for it.

You can get a refundable deposit fare but the price will be higher. I believe the option appears later in the booking process if you are booking direct. I think it shows up as a checkbox with the price amount increase per person. If using a travel agent, they can easily see the refundable vs non refundable rates. Also, travel agents often have group rates where the prices are sometimes lower, have additional perks, and travel agent group rates are almost always refundable deposit rates.

I personally LOVE them. Like the Millennium and Summit are great ships but they are so much nicer now after the Revolution with all new cabins and updated modern decor and revamped buffet areas. The Silhouette has a really nice updated rear aft deck by the Sunset bar, nice seating and very relaxing back there now.

This is not how it’s supposed to work, but some agents are messing up and giving people the elite discount on top of the sale price.

Travel agencies don’t have access to look up a different travel agency’s customer’s reservation. That’s just not how it works. And they also cannot just look up any reservation based on a customer’s name, DOB, ship sail date etc.

Yep all TA group rates include the drinks, Wi-Fi, tips. Plus you get any additional OBC promo that Celebrity might be running at the time on their website. In addition, the TA group rate almost always will have additional perks of its own such as additional OBC, sometimes free shore excursion, etc. Lastly, TA group rates are REFUNDABLE deposit rates, which makes them very attractive.

If you are not past final payment you certainly could have your TA or Celebrity agent (if not booked through a TA) re-price the booking to get the current rate and promotions. All previous promotions on the booking would go away.

For anyone that has been on Reflection recently, do you know if it still has the coffee station setup in the Hideaway area on deck 7 near the elevators on the Starboard side? We love booking rooms on deck 7 and grabbing a morning coffee there. For our next cruise on Reflection I booked a room right there by the elevators on deck 7 so I hope it’s still there.

Thats what I thought too. I just called to upgrade my bev pkg yesterday and the discount was only on the list price, I wasn’t able to get the discount on top of the sale.

You have the All Included rate which gives the classic drink package, Wi-Fi, and tips. This specific rate code means you also got 50% off the second passenger’s fare. The Cyber OBC is an additional Onboard Credit amount you received. It should show on the Celebrity invoice the amount. Or you can look in your online cruise planner and it should show how much onboard credit you have to spend.

The invoice from Celebrity will show charges and credits as line items for the drink package, Wi-Fi and Tips if you have the All Included option. If you don’t see the charges and credits itemized on the invoice, then you don’t have All Included.
