  1. Just off Harmony with my 3yr old. No issues with milk at meals. Needing milk at bedtime, I would generally just grab a coffee mug and then use one of the milk condiment pitchers to fill it at either Starbucks or Cafe Promenade. WJ in the morning did have small cartons of chocolate and whole milk but I didn't want to keep it in the room cooler.
  2. Hope everyone has fun. Looking forward to what everyone thinks. Thought about it but am going to be on Harmony instead. I was on the Quantum "inaugural" from NJ and it was a less than impressive experience. It was great being on a new ship, but other than that, there were still shakedown issues and very little fanfare except the debut of one of the shows.
  3. Our toddler loved the various play areas either right outside of Adventure Ocean or elsewhere on other Oasis ships.
  4. Only one device at a time is included. Access to the Suite Lounge and Coastal Kitchen are big perks.
  5. There is a military rate available for some sailings. I donā€™t know of any other offers.
  6. Each restaurant is priced differently from one another. Pre-cruise pricing can fluctuate but will tend to be cheaper than onboard. Depending on the ship some may have a single cover and some may be a la carte.
  7. Thank you for the response. I went ahead and booked one of the day beds closer to the bar. It's been a while since I've gone somewhere new in Cozumel so looking forward to this adventure.
  8. Any thoughts about the best location of day beds? Not sure if my toddler would prefer the ocean or pool but thinking pool. It also appears the cost for them has gone up to $70.
  9. It doesn't happen often, but a reminder for everyone who books the cheaper early morning flights that ship delays can happen even if someone sat around 2 hours before their 9 AM flight the cruise before.
  10. My wife and I love when they have live music in central park ... generally a solo classical guitar act or something like that.
  11. As IceChick shared there is a NASA tour combined with a drop of at IAH. I donā€™t think they offer this option with a HOU departure. The tour doesnā€™t mention how late your flight would need to be but Iā€™d say potentially after 2 or 3 for a domestic flight.
  12. Generally Hibachi and Chef's Table are excluded or upcharged every dining deal ... with more on Icon excluded as well I'm sure. šŸ™‚
  13. The flow is actually pretty easy to understand once you get onboard and orient yourself to the different neighborhoods. Only thing you will have to remember is that only the aft elevators (ones nearest guest services in the promenade) will go up to deck 18 and your cabin.
  14. Yes, you can get the free drinks on the first day. The waters are the smaller bottles (~500 ml?).
  15. I think there are some potential areas of difference between US and other bookings including cancellation policies, gratuities, etc ... not that there necessarily are in this case, but something to make sure you take a look at when comparing prices and what is best for you.
  16. We have a JS booked for our upcoming cruise and I was able to ask my TA for several adjustments before final payment.
  17. I've used RomeinLimo many times and have always been happy with them. However, as bonsai3s mentioned above, this can be done very easily on your own for an extremely low price ... it just depends if you want to be responsible for navigating the train schedules and are feeling adventurous. My first time going to Rome I bought a BIRG, saw lots of things, and put about 20 miles in.
  18. The TA has to make the call for you. This can get hairy when a) it might be less commission and b) it takes time to contact them and then for them to contact Royal. Forward thinking the commission shouldn't be an issue, but have run into issues in the past.
  19. Full suites will get an email a week before the sailing from a suite concierge and you can make CK reservations at that time ... you'll have to discuss with them about whether they will include the Jr. Suite in that reservation since it does not get full suite perks. The concierge will also make show reservations though you can also do this yourself through the app/website about a month before the cruise.
  20. What is the best way to book this? Directly from the resort or the various booking sites that come up on Google.
  21. The only spa appointments fully discounted on my sailing are on embarkation day. Otherwise it varies based on sea or port day.
  22. Around 1 or so. Iā€™m not aware of early drop off except for star class or maybe Key.
  23. I put our away each morning on Allure. This was one of my pet peeves with cut service in addition to trash service while my son was still in diapers.
  24. As an fyi, you have to book a full suite for suite benefits (ie, not a junior suite). The concierge will email you the week before and ask about reservations for meals. I like coastal kitchen and being able to eat there for every meal is a nice perk (reservations only needed for dinner). The menu changes for dinner every night. The lunch menu rotates a few times. Breakfast is the same every day. There is a section with reserved seating for shows as long as you get there more than 10 minutes before the start when they open it up to everyone. If you go all out with star class and a genie, then they will reserve seats for you at the front of the house.
