  3. I have used a TA and so far so good I have nothing to complain about, did a name change for a cruise coming up and didn’t get charged, refunds from cancelled cruises dealt with timely and she will rebook for me if I see a booked cruise at a better deal for no charge. Cheers Carole
  4. I use Westpac platinum for an annual fee and as a long term customer still only pay $100 a year and this card which also comes with rewards. As of Last month they have included Covid cover “yeah” covers up to 80 must spend $500 pp and has a $300 excess. Cheers Carole

  7. For reasons I won’t get in to my husband will not be cruising with me on the 6th Feb to NZ and I am now traveling with a friend. He had cruise credits which were rolled over a couple of times from 2020 which he will not be using before they will expire so he emailed Princess to see if he could “give” them to me and in the space of 24 hours they are now in my account (how good is that) Cheers Carole

  9. Hi all,was trying to find information that I had told a concerned family member about (re having care on the ship and getting a ride home (within 2 hours ) if you contract Covid onboard. I can’t find it written now and when I look for Aussie benefits I keep coming up with this, Can one of you good people send me a link if you have it Cheers Carole
  10. I was overcharged three times on a three day cruise, each time I called them and it was fixed up immediately. Did not intend to spend what little time I had onboard standing in a queue. Cheers Carole
  11. And soon to be ours, I have had the four vaccinations and they seem to be effective for 3 to 6 months so where to from here ?we are still classed as double vaccinated but really we aren’t if the effect has worn off. Cheers Carole

I wonder just how long it will be before they scrap the double vaccination after all we all know it is not long lasting, I know the boosters help but all that is required at the moment is to be double vaxed. So people who never got boosters would be well and truly unvaxed by now your thoughts Cheers Carole

Just sent him this email Hi Brent, the amount of staff on the Coral is 1000 not 2000,,so roughly 1% have Covid Princess have done everything possible to keep people safe,I did not see one member of crew without a mask on my 3 day cruise where most passengers complied with mask wearing but you can’t fix stupid and some didn’t Exactly the same on a aeroplane, bus or train except on those modes of transport you don’t have to have a rat test.   23. What was the name of the comedian? We thought the comedian on our 23\26 was great,Jeff Green he’s been at it for years, we went back for a second time and only one joke was repeated. The guitarist/singer in the atrium was abysmal couldn’t sing and didn’t know the words. Cheers Carole
