We have the same for our Magic Carpet/S3 suite for July 2023! Dearest inside stateroom ever. We do have an invoice which shows the suite and our Celebrity TA confirms it. She brought it up with IT two weeks ago but no change yet. Wendy

Elevators give you direct access - but there was no hoist in position yet for the Retreat Pool. We were on the July 21st sailing and I looked for it. Wendy

Don’t worry about it - they will easily sort it. I’ve had it happen many times when I change it to separate beds - I travel with my mum. I have a celebrity agent who I now just email and we always laugh about it. My one at the moment is I’ve booked a suite and it shows as a suite on the invoice (and is priced as one!) but the manage reservation has it as an inside stateroom! Wendy

Did you check under the dining option as that is where the cabanas are listed? They don’t face the pool on Edge and Apex but they do on Beyond. Loved ours on Beyond. You could always take the Grey Goose home with you - I felt reluctant to ask but we hadn’t liked the champagne the day before - too sweet - and when we enquired about the vodka they laughed and said it was ours to do with as we wished. I’d taken packaging with me and it survived the flight! wendy

Just off the 21st July sailing and they were changing the times a lot - made it difficult to schedule speciality dining! Also due to changing cast so we only got one of their production shows - Stage Door.

Well we got a bottle of Veuve with our port day rental on Equinox! It was advertised as part of the package - I’d booked online for less than $100 so never thought we’d get it but we did. Thoroughly enjoyed our day - in fact almost two days as it started to rain mid morning so they let us change our booking to the next day. And whilst I certainly did walk to the Sunset bar at times I was also conscious the more we ordered the more gratuity (from the drink package) the alcove attendant got - we did tip on top too. Wendy

We were lucky enough to be onboard Apex last July when it was like a private yacht - 800 passengers! Travelling with my 88 year old mum so deck 12 made sense for ease of getting to Luminae but if just myself I’d choose elsewhere. But these suites are amazing value with huge balconies.

On Edge and Apex deck 12 MC suites don’t have the window. I think it is the same for Beyond. I did book deck 12 on Apex because it was the same deck as Luminae - of course on Beyond it is further up. Wendy

No passengers are on the MC when it travels - it literally takes seconds to go past and is really interesting to watch!

Even pre covid it was usually plated - I love it’s available till 10am! Wendy

Book is lovely but unless they’ve changed from last year you have to pay about $20 delivery on top of this. They didn’t make this clear and it wasn’t until I had made the book onboard that I realised. I didn’t say anything onboard as it wasn’t the photographers fault but I did send an email afterwards suggesting they make this charge clear on the cruise planner. Got a lovely call from corporate agreeing but I don’t think anything has changed! Wendy

Have you checked your “manage the reservation” page. I was offered it there about 80 days out. I’ve also Googled the Celebrity move up page and done it that way. I don’t always wait for the email inviting me - I try in advance. Won a move up to Aqua on Equinox and an Owner’s Suite on Harmony of the Seas - Royal Caribbean have a similar system. Wendy

This is ours from Deck 12 on Apex. Most of the time it was on Deck 14 - honestly it never bothered us and the balcony was huge! Booked the same type of suite for Beyond but Deck 10 this time - mainly because Luminae is no longer on Deck 12.

I was able to swim lengths as had the pool to myself!!

Those early cruises were out of this world! Actually The Retreat areas were the busiest. I often had the main pool to myself!

Thank you for your review! We sailed on Apex last July when it was like a private yacht with only 800 guests! In regards to cookie gate, we too were on Equinox early April and none in Cafe Al Bacio but there were some next to the ice cream station in the Oceanview Cafe. Have to see if any on Beyond in July - but I’ll make sure not to ask in the Retreat Lounge and end up with them every day. Wendy
