  1. It is still showing up for our June 2024 cruise. As we have seen it once before, we determined it is an one and done show for us. Hoping for a good replacement.
  2. We also have been on both ships and prefer the Escape hands down. It is my husband's favorite.
  3. We are up next in February and will definitely report back.
  4. Congratulations! The Vibe is a great place to be for sailaway.
  5. I am pretty confident the three of you will love it.
  6. As you have said many, many times, I have said many, many times we would never cruise on a larger ship without it. Worth every penny to us. Everyone picks and chooses how to spend their money, and we choose to use it on the Vibe.
  7. For us, absolutely yes. However, shade is not guaranteed. They do have umbrellas, but a lot of times, they are closed due to wind. There are always loungers available.
  8. I remember reading your review last year and am looking forward to reading about this trip.
  9. We are on the Encore and I made the reservation online. I did receive a confirmation a few hours later with all of the dining reservations I made and Onda was included. Do you see it under your activities for that day?
  10. Thank you! I did not realize they changed the pricing formula. It used to be the same for every ship. When they changed the process last year to allow advance purchases, I remember seeing a chart with the prices for a warmer weather cruise versus a cooler weather cruise. I know I did not imagine it because I put the amount down for my budget for our June 2025 Alaskan cruise.
  11. Reading over my post I meant to say "Alaskan cruise versus a WARM weather cruise".
  12. Back to normal meaning making reservations online beforehand or when you get on the ship?
  13. Is the show still showing up on the NCL app?
  14. Does anyone know the current price for a Vibe pass for an 7 day Alaskan cruise? I know the price was cheaper for an Alaskan cruise versus a cold weather cruise, but I am not sure that still stands.
  15. I actually meant September 2022 so they must have changed it right after. Glad they changed it back and hope it stays that way.
  16. When we sailed out of NYC last September (2023), the priority non-Haven seating area was roped off and we did not have to join the masses to get to the boarding line. They had someone at the entrance of the roped off area who checked your card to make sure you belonged there.
  17. I just go online and apply them myself. Even worked when they were running the promotion where you could add three certificates.
  18. Not as of yet. For our February 2024 cruise on the Encore, we paid $599 over a year ago and that is the current price still showing up. Then the regular passes were $229 and now they are $249 so for new purchases, it would be $101 more. We have passes reserved for our June 2024 Joy cruise at $229; however, when they start selling the new Joy Cabanas we might switch our passes to cabanas for some of them as we have 12 passes reserved.
  19. Has anyone been able to reserve for 2025 yet?
  20. We do have a reservation for February 2025 on the Viva and still plan to cancel if we cannot secure Vibe passes before final payment. However, we are just as excited about our Plan B so we are OK with canceling.
  21. Thank you for updating your post and glad it was not $299!
  22. We are huge Vibe fans and will not sail a bigger ship without securing Vibe passes.
  23. They raised the price this past May to $249. We also secured passes at $229 for June 2024.
  24. I was able to make our Onda reservation at 125 days out about five hours ago.
