If the flights are on Southwest, I would think that two checked bags per passenger would be included as that is their normal.

There are suppose to be two deliveries of snacks with the club balcony suites. Too bad you had a bad room location as we have stayed in this category a few times and do enjoy the larger bathroom. However, every time we were on deck 8 on the Getaway and Escape.

I hope I am wrong, but it seems like the request was not processed or followed up on. In the past, we have received two FCC on price drops and both took about a week. Do you have any email notification from your PCC that she forwarded the request?

Did you receive an email regarding the approved FCC before your cruise? That is the key I believe. It normally takes about a week from when the request is put in, but you would of received an approval email. However, when we were given FCC for our February 2022 cruise, it showed up immediately after our sailing was complete.

I just checked my nephew's reservation and the two six packs are also gone. Then I looked at mine and the one six pack that NCL gifted me is now also gone! Crazy.

When we sailed this past September (right after they started selling the passes online), the key card we got at the terminal already was coded to let us in the VBC as soon as we boarded. We spent hours in there before our cabin was ready. In all of our sailings, we never had the VBC closed due to wind. The normal is taking the umbrellas away--which I get as once a flying umbrella almost hit my daughter in the head if not for the two young, alert fellows near by jumping up and grabbing it just in time. Really enjoying reading your review. The Escape is our favorite ship.

Thank you for your good wishes on us securing the Vibe passes! Upon my research, it seems as though since the ship (Viva) is still not sailing, Vibe passes have not been released yet for any sailing. Our sailing is in February 2025 so I have 20 months to try to secure them before final payment. And yes, we are a family that loves water--both to drink and swim in! Both of my children were competitive swimmers (even swam for college) and were lifeguards in their teen years and my son still lifeguards at Robert Moses Beach during the summer out here on Long Island. But, in that other "water" thread, I did say that we were "gifted" the water after my e-mail communication. Not to go off topic, but I am looking forward to reading about how you feel the Joy Haven sundeck compares to the Getaway Haven sundeck.
