I hope I loose weight on my cruise in June ! I usually stay the same as I am conscious of trying not to gain weight and try not to overeat and do more walking in the ports

Do they even send emails out to passengers when cruises are almost full? This is our first Azamara cruise and we received an email to bid a few days ago for our June cruise .

Poor you Kat ,I think I might get my flu jab shortly as we are heading into Winter especially after reading how terrible you feel. Lois I hope your stone removal goes well next week . Melody I hope you and Les are doing ok as well. We leave NZ for Spain on May 25th ,same as you Lois .

Hi Sherri Im pleased you enjoyed Auckland ,we had great weather this Summer ,last year it rained constantly. Lois it is nice your sister will be able to spend time with you . The Royal Family are having a tough time at present ,chemo is hard especially when you have a young family.

Got alot of things from trader joes 🙂 There seemed to be alot of passengers going on a HAL cruise from Auckland to Vancouver , exciting for them

Wow Melody that is a lot of snow! Great you didn't have to drive anywhere. Kat Vegas sounds fun ,I was reading somewhere about hotels there and a lot were saying the Cosmopolitan is their favourite.

Go Kat ! great to add another $$ to your travel fund. Poor you and Les Melody ,when is your surgery scheduled .I hope it works with the new date Les has been given.

Great you booked a cruise Lois. That boss sounds very annoying Kat. I have just finished a retreat in Australia. Its been a great experience,my body is in shock with all the exercise, gluten and dairy free and no alcohol . Highly recommend it .

Melody great photos , sorry about the fall . Kat and Lois good luck with searching for a cruise. I just had a big catch up on all the posts , so much news re health and falls! Even so we all seem to make travel a big priority , like Cynthia its our splurge as well. Im off to a retreat this weekend in Australia. Ive never been on one so will be interesting , healthy food , no coffee or alcohol, massages, facials , yoga and walks etc .Will report back .

Enjoy your cruise Sherri The weather in Melbourne is very changeable ,it can get very hot if the wind is blowing from the outback .I think your are cruising to New Zealand as well ,its very warm here at the moment but can also change fast especially in the lower South Island.

You certainly both need to go on a cruise a relax after the last few months Melody!

Sorry to read your boss isnt improving Kat, sounds annoying. Hope everyone else is good and things are happier with your wholefoods purchase Cynthia. Not long until your cruise Melody ! Have you looked at Seabourn Lois , we have enjoyed our cruises with them.

Dear PH so sorry to read about your beloved dog, they are such a big part of our families. We lost our mini schnauzer a few years ago and I was devastated . Your new manager sounds like what we call a micro manager, hopefully he will calm down and find his way.He should be thankful to have your experience.

Hi everyone We are having a lovely hot Summer this year not like last years rain everyday. We have two more nights at our bach ( think thats a NZ word) then back to work etc..The family are heading off today with the two grandchildren so it will be very quiet today. I hope everyones health issues have settled and Les is feeling better and it sounds like Kat is recovering so good news.

Melody I hope your husband has a speedy recovery , it all sounds very painful. I hope your outpatient stone removal goes well Lois, no doubt im guessing you have cruises planned for this year. Ive been Whistler Kat , looks like the ski season is off to a slow start. We are relaxing at the lake but the summer is very mild so far , makes it easier to sleep though.

So sorry to read about your mother Cynthia .What a terrible thing to happen on Christmas Day or anytime.

Wow Melody no shortage of cookies or food at your house! My husband got back from Los Angeles and brought back lots of Tader Joes goodies.Last night we had a packet of their Dahl ,we added chicken and vegetables and had some roti,eas delicious. Kat I hope the bonuses keep coming in through your ski season. New Years Eve here today ,Happy New Year everyone and as some have said may we stay healthy and keep traveling and making memories.Thanks for the chats especially when I was going through my chemo ...last one was exactly a year ago.

Merry Christmas from New Zealand . Well it's still Christmas Eve here and I have just finished working at the shop ,it wasn't as busy as yesterday. My husband is in Los Angeles this year as its his turn to work but we go away on January 1st for two weeks to the lake. Yikes $6000 a night ! must be very nice ,I thought Whistler was pricey . Im glad you still have your cruise in February to look forward to Melody .
