I agree provided the traveller provide ALL information on their citizenship the TA can check for them what is required if asked As we know not everyone is forthcoming with all the details just read some of the forums JMO

It is not the job of the travel agent to tell you if a VISA is required or not People have different types of Citizenship & should consult the Country they are visiting for requirements

They might be trying to clear the waitlist for specific categories it may be surprising to some but people will actually take a move over offer or upsell offer People will sometimes cancel even after final payment for various reasons There is a great demand for cruises right now ..post covid people want to sail JMO

Best to contact the cruise line they can tell you what is required & what ports will allow the service dog to go ashore On one cruise the lady was not allowed to take her service dog ashore fortunately her DH was with her so she could go ashore to guide her I believe it was Jamaica but not sure

I have only used guide that took VISA I do not like sending cash in case they do not turn up at least with a CC I can have some recourse

we had tried on the O class ships pre covid & those settings were blocked even the DVD player would not work (when you could get movies from reception) DH suspected someone had been playing with the setting & even the staff could not get it to play
