  1. We found that people on our Oct cruise upgraded to experience the Atlas Bar. It was also a vastly better service in the Atlas bar than in the Den or the Living room (in fact in the living room we had to go to the bar ourselves as no-one came near where we were sitting.
  2. Forgot to say that you multiply the old cruise credits by 30 to get the new points. Also Azamara changed the veranda points to 5 per night.
  3. On 25 November 2013 the points system changed from cruise credits to club points. Eg. You would get 3 points per night in a balcony cabin and 8 points per night in cc suite. Two new membership categories were introduced - Discoverer plus and platinum. The image shows the Celebrity tiers.
  4. I emailed Az Circle on 3 Jan got no reply then followed up 2 weeks later still no reply as of today (3 Feb).
  5. I have seen balcony partitions open linking two veranda plus cabins at the back of the ship when in port and during sail away.
  6. 45 days prior to cruise departure in what we experienced on our last two cruises (post covid).
  7. I notice that the quarterly savings have not been updated so perhaps this will also change after 1st Feb.
  8. It was a club world suite and was similar to that posted by Riocca.
  9. The safe we had on Onward was about 30% bigger than that we had on Quest.
  10. She was not on our cruise in early October but came on board at the end of it (mid Oct) as we came across her rehearsing her songs in the Den during the turn around day.
  11. Vassi only came on board in mid October.
  12. I have just seen a photo on Twitter of Eric in Christmas gear on Onward with Tony so I reckon he is back.

    No beach bags

We got the bag but no wallet on Onward in October.
  14. What a shame in October on Onward a staff member was dispatched to a bar to get a requested drink on several occasions during the times that I was there.
  15. You can also pay for any drink from the Ulimate package in the Atlas bar and they will get it for you from another venue if they don't have it.
  16. Another sign of years merging- Pursuit's first transatlantic was November 2018.
  17. Owners suite on deck 8 on Onward has one large walk in shower and two toilets.
  18. you get an even bigger shower stall on Onward (deck 8) and two toilets plus a total of three sinks.
  19. I understand that there is a 30 minute ferry ride direct from Fusina to central Venice across the South lagoon.
  20. Sorry I thought we were talking about bags of laundry and the loyality program. Food, water etc are not changed for anyone through the Azamara Circle program.
  21. Yes but surely that's no different to two people in a cabin who always pay "double" for the cabin and one bag of laundry.
  22. Totally agree after all if you are a single person in a stateroom you still get one bag per seven days.
  23. Currently you do not require a key card to access the door to the spa terrace. This may change as contractors are on board carrying out various jobs including work on some doors. I don't know if the spa terrace doors are included in this.
  24. This appears to be correct but I don't know if its policy or new staff not familiar with procedures. I was told you had to purchase a pass to get past the reception desk (if you didn't have a spa appointment). Definitely the spa terrace is only free for the big suites and as there is access to that from the showers and changing rooms I guess that's why that access would be restricted.
