  1. On the App. Go to your cruise, click book dining, click in the MDR that you want. You should see your pic on the left side.. says new reservations Guests…your pic click on the pencil Brings up guests…you again select guests…then click upper right person with a + and there it will bring a screen to add booking number.

  5. I’m sure they are under pressure to sell. They may also be critiqued for hitting all those sale points. I’m just happy they now have competent OR agents, or it seems like it is improving.

  8. I am very happy though that you did get it fixed with a competent agent in OR! That’s great. Upsell, Upsell…I’m sure they are pushed to do that.

  10. I did get a knowledgeable rep. last week, Alex. I was surprised and had delayed the call for months. 🥴 If they can’t help, you could ask the Captain Circle Loyalty department to look into your accounts and see if they can correct it.   11. Do not recreate accounts, it could even further complicate your issues. You can either leave it status quo, until after your cruise next month or call PCL and follow prompts for Ocean Ready to correct. Hopefully, you will get an agent who can correct this. It sounds as though you may have used same email addresses for these at one point. Even changing ones email and password can wreak havoc on this App. Ridiculous!
  12. It does take a few days to populate into the App. Just make sure your cabin number is correct on the website. Your travel summary should show the correct cabin number if it was changed. If, maybe after a week, it is still not correct in the downloaded App, you could ask your TA/CVP to ask IT to update it, if you really want to. Or, call PCL phone tree and prompts for Ocean Ready, to change it.

If this is not working, you can delete App and install or see if an update. Or call Princess, make sure to select ocean ready prompts, not CS.

  16. Sounds like bigger changes in store for 2025 cruises. Princess removed “some” of the Port calls this summer for Sun Princess.   17. Well, if it was a matter of using it or losing it, I’d use it. OP doesn’t say if they do seafood. That would work. Planks, not much except the veggie sides may work for OP.

  19. Ditto! Welcome to Cruise critic Princess forum. I don’t see any problem going to Steamers, Planks or Vines and asking if they have a Vegetarian plate. We have many vegetarian folks on this board, who may be able to help, that have probably already tried this.

  21. What price did they charge your credit card? Never heard of pre booking CT. They don’t usually decide the night or nights of the CT until your once OB and they determine how many are interested. Interesting.🤔
  22. Of course, no proofreading here. SMH Your travel summary is under your cruise personalizer, you will see it on the website. Look at the top.. Luggage tags and Travel Summary.
  23. For regular RS, we usually tip $2 each time. They are always appreciative. There are many threads about tips…we usually Say “Get out the popcorn!” lol It’s really a personal choice.
