  1. Yes, this is another issue, or may be in 2025. But, OP is quoting the information on their Travel Summary, and it clearly states it is not required for US passport holders. The ETIAs is different, but important for the OP to watch for.
  2. I have to disagree. If you are a US passport holder, you do not need a visa. It says on your travel summary: This requirement does not apply to Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, UK, or U.S. Passport holders. That is the sentence right above your highlighted sentence.
  3. IDK. I always guess at that pre cruise and order way ahead of departure . Let us know if you buy prior to your 2nd cruise while OB. RS probably would know, if you ask them.

  7. When you go online to purchase, it will tell you. Most things I have seen say up to 3 days before departure. Otherwise, once you’re OB.
  8. Yes, don’t push link button..that has never been functional. Push cancel button and it will bring up another screen…move down to Log in with booking number. You will enter name, dob and booking number. If yours doesn’t work try your spouses/partner’s info. You should be able to check in here. But, do print out your travel summary for sure, under the cruise personalizer, as it is confirmation of what you’ve booked and much more information. Take that and your documents/passports etc to check in at the port.
  9. Did you look at availability for 3 instead of 2? If you see something, or don’t, I’d call your TA or CVP. They can sometimes see available cabins we don’t see. So annoying. They also have a lot of block space on these ships for future cruises.
  10. Sorry you’re having issues, but you are not alone. This problem has been mentioned in a few threads. There’s no fix that I know of. As others mentioned, the blue lane is not but a few minutes longer to get through. I have tried several sport bands for the OM and I still prefer the one I bought OB. Just stop by OceanFront usually near the Photo dept snd get one. Maybe you could apply for an IT job with PCL. They need help! 😳
  11. Great suggestions here. First the Dr would have to approve or disapprove. Get that decision in writing, in case it is requested. Secondly, if you booked with a TA/CVP, please reach out to them for assistance with PCL. If you’re flying, you’ll need to request a wheelchair for airport use departure and arrival. You can usually add that to your booking on their website. Best of luck. Let us know how this turned out for you.
  12. That is a nice feature, but it doesn’t show the ships that did not have OM. That’s okay though. It would be nice for them to correct all the errors on the current and future cruises we have booked, before the past ones! JMO 😳
  13. Inconsistency again! I rebooked my MDR TD and DMW on different cruises and it did NOT bump out my SD bookings. So, thank you for suggesting everyone to check those reservations. Who knows?
  14. Very scary for him and his family. Let’s hope they find him quickly. If he’s a gamer and they have an idea who he met, they can contact him through the gamer’s website. Police will find him very soon. Prayers.

  17. Are you referring to the change to EZAir… that you can only go 5 days prior to the cruise and no more than 5 days after the cruise? If so, that was changed in June, as noticed by some CC members. May have been an airline requirement change or PCL. We don’t know.
  18. As long as that guest doesn’t get in your cart for excursions, you should be okay.🤪 It amazes me the amount of bugs and errors on this App.
  19. I booked Provence as DMW bookable every 20 mins. Bordeaux not open to reserve. No consistency. Island 2026.
  20. Consistency is not a PCL trait. 🥴 I am Elite, but the Ruby booking says I can’t book dining until paid in full or if I’m Elite or Platinum. Hello? I also can’t do a check in because I’m under 18 years old. SMH So many errors on loading that one in the App. And….Yes, it does show my Elite status on the App and my other 5 bookings are okay. I’m just going to wait it out. Unreal.
  21. I would look and make sure they are still available first, cancel the current one and then book the one on sale. If you used a CC, then they will refund it back to your card, takes about 5-7 days. By the time you get on the ship, the excursion could be higher and sold out. So, don’t count on that.
  22. The Star is not available because it is being built and they probably won’t open it for quite a while for MDR, like the Sun did. Didn’t the Sun dining open only about 3 months before sailing? We don’t even see a pic yet of the Star on the App! 🤪 BTW, IT does know that about it. I got a call from one of them and they are working on it. Just have to wait. I know IT is not responsive now for a while. All we can do is report it and seems to help if your TA or CVP can report it. At least mine helped me.
  23. According to PCL rules, you should be able to book dining if you’ve paid in full or if you’re Elite/Platinum. However, they have been updating the dining on every ship in the fleet. They started July 1st and not all the ships and MDR’s are updated. So, recheck yours and see if one of the MDR’s is open to book. Some ships have 2 open for booking. Island and Coral shows 1 MDR to book. None yet for the Star princess. IF…you still cannot book the MDR and others can on your ship, you may have an error on the App. You would have to report it to PCL IT. You can check with others on your roll call.
