  3. I’ve heard they are now enforcing the rules, which they sometimes didn’t in the past. Agents or Tour conductors would not be eligible. Your TA probably knows that.
  4. Was the confusion at the IC? We didn’t have any issues, they could see what we had. But, we used the IC. So many new employees, but they need to learn.
  5. That’s a error link. You may be looking at informational pages? If you have a booking, go into your cruise personalizer, onboard services, beverage packages, it no longer shows the coffee or soda packages to purchase.

  7. The soda/soft drink package is also missing. I wouldn’t believe a phone rep. Seems to me it was caused by a pricing error during the update last weekend. At least, I hope so. We like to trade in our Mini bar for the coffee packages. Not very happy if they take this perk away. I’ve sent messages to several departments and the IT department to see if this was an error or intentional. I will post IF I hear back.
  8. I find the prices usually go up on EZair unless you are booking really far ahead. EZAir is usually better prices International, higher for domestic fares or similar.
  9. I would call in and have them do it for you. Don’t wait till the weekend, as you may get off shore agents. Either now or Monday after 6 am PT. Unless you have a TA/CVP. Email or call them.
  10. Are you clicking on the 1 device or 4 device? You should select one of those and a prompt to pay for it. If that doesn’t work, your TA/CVP or Princess can do it for you.
  11. No, don’t load, just step in and see if the slide works. If not, go to GS and ask for tokens. No…I don’t want to do my laundry. And they iron them too and hang. Don’t go there. 😳 Were you on my March Spring break CB last year? We had over 500 b2b’s on one of them.
  12. Some ships do give elites free tokens at GS. You just have to ask if they do. Before you go To GS, try the washer first. If it’s free for all, you can push the coin slide in, as though you have tokens in it. If it pushes in…you don’t need a token. You can just start the washer/dryer. Some ships have not been charging. That varies between ships and could change any time. Sometimes we may do a load ourselves.

  15. I have not heard that they eliminated the soda or coffee package. We noticed after the last pricing update last weekend these two packages disappeared. Is that an error? We don’t know. I sent messages to 2 different sources and will post, IF I hear back. If you want to book it, I’d call your TA/CVP or PCL if you booked directly. Please post any update. TIA There is a thread about the coffee package. I sure hope that is not true! 😟
  16. They do have a jail OB, but don’t think you would qualify because of wine smuggling!😂
  17. Correct, carry on. No corkage fee for your allowed wine, 1 bottle each if consumed in your cabin.
  18. Give us longer cruises in the Caribbean 14-21 day more extensive, with new islands. Instead of all the same itineraries of the 7 and 10 day, and having to do b2b2b’s. Give us longer Alaskan cruises out of the US ports, instead of so many Vancouver departures.

  20. Is that why you are called latebuyer? Sorry, couldn’t help it.😁 I’ve seen these pac n go 😂 fares from 2 months to 2 weeks before sailing. I would just check fare when you see a sale going on. Last year, I noticed a lot of AK sales. Some awesome deals. But, you never know. This year is supposed to be even more travelers than pre covid.
