  1. What cruise were you on? On CCL you had to ask the head waiter for a wine package, it was not advertised. And only available on 10+ night cruises. I’ll ask on my next PCL cruise.
  2. It sounds like you did everything on the website version. Don’t believe the arrival groups are on the website. But, haven’t tried it. Have you downloaded the App? If you download the App on your phone, you will see what you have done already on the website version. I know if you don’t want to, it’s okay. You’ll find it looks very similar to the online version. But the arrival groups are on the downloaded App anywhere from 59 days to about 12 days before sailing. If you want to try: APP Click: Personal information and documents Move down to gray bar “Suggested” Click: Arrivals Click on your ship and time you want Now, if you don’t want to download the App, just go to the port at a time that’s convenient for you and go through the green lane. The arrival groups usually start at 1100 am. No big deal.
  3. When you look at the first 3 lines: 1. Personal information and documents 2. what does this line say? 3. Health status
  4. Usually, when they first open at 6 am PT. But, you need to pick the option to speak to someone in the ocean medallion App team to get you ocean ready. Anyway, they should be able to help. The weekends are not easy though. Less staff and usually outsourced. I call Mon-Fri. There is an Ocean Medallion App thread you can check out also. A thread on Dine my way also. Are you using a newer phone? Is yiur phone up to date? Have you done the App updates? If yes to all….. Try to delete the App and reinstall it. Under Dine my way on the App; Try to make a reservation for each day and see if that works. Scroll and pick a restaurant and time you want. Make sure it says confirmed/you’re all set. Then go to the next day and do the same. You can also check the threads I mentioned for a lot of tips on DMW and the App in general.
  5. Order your ocean medallion on the App, even though you’ll check pick up at port. That might help.
  6. Thank you so much for the explanation. You’re extremely helpful.
  7. When we were in a Suite, I booked it on the DMW as if I was going to pay for it. It went through with the reservation and at the end it said zero balance. Now, that was a few months ago. Many changes on the App. Maybe someone recently has done this? Before that, we waited until OB, no problem at all getting reservations on the dine line, as a suite guest. Or your concierge, if you have one on your ship will book it for you. No worries
  8. Yes, I have used PVP on cruises since the restart. Although, isn’t it handled by AON, an insurance company? They now have a link on their website to request FCC and you tell them which Cruise line it is for.
  9. I don’t purchase the CFAR insurance until I make final payment. So, I shouldn’t buy the CFAR, if I’m using some FCC’s as payment? Sorry, just seems complicated. But, I do have quite a few cruises booked. All deposits were using CC, not FCC’s. But, final payment may have some FCC’s. TIA
  10. How could it be CFAR then? You’re saying, if you used FCC’s to pay for the cruise, it won’t be covered under CFAR? TIA
  11. It seems they are all over the place, how it is worked. The FCC option on the AON website may be a new addition. It is as clear as mud on the AON site. 😳
  12. Also, check with your TA/CVP to check availability for a suite. Sometimes, they can do it for you.
  13. Did you make the claim on AON website, using the FCC option? TIA
  14. Was this recently? I wish they would respond at that email address. It seems to be off/on since the restart.
  15. Reposted form for you. Sorry, first one didn’t post correctly.
  16. In your subject field put…..Sail Date…

  18. The survey usually comes to us on the last day or next day after the cruise. If you didn’t get it, you can contact Princess on their website. Just select contact us….post cruise… feedback to send an email. https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare.page
  19. 😆 Technically, a S2S is with no more than 1 day between the ships. But, you can call it whatever you want. There are no real rules on this. 😃
  20. No, I was quoting Your post #19, with that address, missing the s. Just didn’t want others to use it.
  21. It really varies on the opening date. I’ve seen 59 days to 12 days before sailing, depends on their port clearances. Just keep checking. Although, they haven’t been checking arrival times. I still pick an arrival group…anyway.
  22. The only calls I’ve received have been from HQ, Santa Clarita area code. I know the address that was given by a poster that ended in princesscruise.com was incorrect. It did not have an “s” after the cruise. I tried it and was undeliverable. Best of luck to you.
