Not always. My last cruise, I received a blue OM and DH received black. 🥴
GS just changed it OB. It was shown on the App incorrectly. Website has always been correct.
This is an old IT issue, back and forth with the old and mow the new. Day 1, I was blue, Day 2, I am black again.
Last sailing,
I was blue, received a blue OM.
GS changed it in 2 mins.
Elite on the website is what really matters.
Yours may switch back and forth too. 😳
Not sure. A CVP and a TA
would be able to set up a time limit on their booking for collecting a deposit.
Maybe a TA on here can tell us if it’s still an option?
Make sure when you email IT to show:
Your names, capt circle numbers,
ship and sail date, and booking number .
Explain what is wrong and the errors you receive, if any.
Of course, any other requests for app updates.

It varies so much from ship to ship.
What you see in Journey View, is not gospel and very well can change. It gives you an idea of activities and more are added as you get closer or once OB. Many times they have changed and different than the Patter. Sometimes, it’s a different CD and they come on and change stuff up a little. Just our experiences on the cruises we’ve taken in the last 2 years. YMMV
Thanks for the feedback. Yours looks correct in AUD. Some of us in the US and sailing from the US have wrong prices loaded.
They’ve mixed up US/AUD currencies. The work around right now, order off the old App or the website version of the App.
Just ask at the IC mgr or server
if they could get GF items for you.
The bakery is usually on deck 5
and just recently, I saw the IC mgr run back to the pastry area and get GF items for the guests, every day.
Some wanted GF pastries and others asked for GF bread for the lunch sandwiches. This was on the Sapphire.
Then it has to be a corrupt
account data issue. You need PCL to fix this for you.

We usually do that too. But just suggesting, due to possible increase. Hopefully, this is just an IT loading error.
I booked some ahead of time, and will wait and see. We can always cancel before sailing and just get a refund.

So, did you check the pricing on the Ruby portion and a date on the Grand? Both show these increased prices? CG and the other SD’s?
