Club orange can be purchased by anyone, in an type of stateroom. I know people believe this is a ship within a ship but it’s not.
Nothing new with Cunard, it’s same old, same old.
I agree 100 percent. I know people love to say hal just can’t get the staff. I don’t believe it for a minute. It’s a choice to cheap out wherever they can.
When I was on the koningsdam I was told the 5 star freebies were only for the pinnacle by someone I believe to be the front desk manager. When I showed her online that wasn't true she was dismissive and told me the information was wrong.
I don't know why hal keeps this under wraps now. It used to be on your boarding pass, but no more. The dressy or whatever they call it these nights now are nothing special food wise.
You definitely don’t need a doctors note. That’s what is really good about this insurance. No hassles. If you do cancel please come back and let us know if you were able to apply the 10 percent to another cruise. I’m sure that would be very helpful to a number of people. Good luck!
I don’t think the op is asking about a ta. You are talking about a long voyage there, not a 7 day cruise. I’ve tried two ta’s lately. One gave me very little obc, the other tried to charge me more than the cruise line and was an absolute nightmare. No thanks.
I’m not a fan of mousse but I loved that tamarind chocolate. I also loved the mini doughnuts they had. The fortune cookie was really good too. The thing they now pretend is cheesecake just isn’t. I used to love a lamb stir fry they did a few years back. That was my favourite entree.
I used to love the tamarind. Now I find it so so as they did away with things that I really liked. The desserts are mediocre too. I really love Canaletto now, but that menu is getting changed and things I like removed.
I’d love someone to take $900 off my cruise bill. All the extras add up for everyone. Thanks for coming back and letting us know what room you were in.
Usually around 10 days before but can be as late as the pier check in. Not sure if it appears right away in navigator but if you sign into you account on the hal website it will appear there as soon as it’s assigned.
It’s been my experience that they feel they don’t need to give priority because they have the big tenders and they hold a lot of people. I beg to differ because I’ve experienced being backed up the stairs and unable to easily navigate getting out of an elevator. My experience was pre Covid though.
