  1. We might be comparing apples to oranges....is 3 weeks 21 days or 21 business days? I have a request in process right now, I will let you know how long it takes.
  2. They are still booking out that far - takes 10 - 12 business days.
  3. Business days or calendar days? They only count M- F and don't count holidays... What date was your request submitted - you would have a receipt for it.
  4. I believe you can get them on the phone if you are within 30 days...
  5. Paying the deviation fee at 270 days is a no-brainer. $175 is nothing vs the cost of the trip and getting good flights makes a HUGE difference.
  6. Of course, they aren't. Summer cruises to Alaskan, Northern Europe and the Med are very expensive....most of the other stuff can be as much as half those prices. Enjoy your trip!
  7. Unless you have a need, I don't think they will give you the accessible cabin as there are only 3 on the entire ship.
  8. There are plenty of cruises under $1000 a night...just don't look at the Med or Northern Europe.
  9. Hiring issues are not because of pay (or lack of pay). It is a combination of not being able to get people from certain countries, people who left 2 years ago are now working other jobs, etc. The pay for the groups you mentioned is a little but higher than it was and is not, from what I was told, an issue.
  10. According to Regent, they are a 6 star cruise line... https://www.aboutluxurycruising.com/expert-guide-6-star-cruises/

  12. Miami has some great clubs - sleeping in is popular!
  13. Perhaps those places hire local help vs. bringing in staff from across the world in a COVID environment?
  14. We get our time and schedule the car for as late as possible - maybe 3 or 4pm. No sense wasting the day on board when there are things to see and do. Then we get there and there is no line at all.
  15. The point, I would assume, is to prevent lines at check-in. However, since no one, and this includes both passengers and the Regent buses, seem to follow it, it doesn't work.
  16. Correct - my bad - they increased it to 80% in June.
  17. Because not all TA's exhibit the same level of judgement and Regent doesn't want any part of that mess.
  18. I hope the people complaining here have taken the time to call Corporate first.....otherwise its mostly wasted effort.
  19. It has been my experience that the lowest price cabins get the upgrade offers most often as those have the highest demand and sell out first (usually).
  20. Regent won't tell you but it is made up of multiple factors including and not limited to SSS level, cabin booked, cabins free, demand for your cabin class, etc.
