  1. Thanks Graham. Just want to make sure I understand what you’re saying. For example, if I book Chops (pre cruise in the planner) for the first night for 1 person, but Doug and I both show up, I’ll be able to use my D+ BOGO and he’ll be free?
  2. We sail on Vision in January. They’ve never posted any dining packages available for sale. I keep checking. I was hoping for the 3 night and planned to use our D+ for 2 more nights. Wondering if they are only going to offer this on the larger ships with more dining venues? 🤷🏻‍♀️
  3. This is what I was thinking as well. Another way to chip away at the loyalty benefits?
  4. This is exactly what we were looking for. I contacted Mr. Jacob about booking him in January. Unfortunately, he already has a different tour that day. Any suggestions on someone else that could provide the same experience? Thank you.
  5. Looking forward to the game tonight. Just hoping we can overcome so many injuries.
  6. Definitely interested in how they work for you. My feet swelled so badly on a back2back, I couldn’t get my shoes on. (Had to wear cheap flip flops everywhere). We have a 13 day coming in January so hopefully will not have a repeat issue. Thanks for the suggestion.
  7. Thank you @Sea Dog for taking us along. So glad your Tortola experience exceeded your expectations. It looked like a total blast. Safe travels home and looking forward to seeing everyone on Bella 2. @jmh2006 Safe travels home. Unfortunately, I have to tell you we saw some snowflakes here in Michigan today. ☹️. Hope you bring some warmer weather home with you. @Momof3gurlz safe travels home. Glad you had such a great adventure. Hopefully we’ll see you both on Bella 2. @Husky1987 Safe travels and hope to meet you on Bella 2. @mo&fran Prayers for good health to you.
  8. Looking forward to hearing about the details of today's excursion. We had our excursion cancelled for our upcoming stop in St. Croix and I'm looking for a possible alternative. Thanks. Hope you have a fantastic day and your knee behaves. 🙂
  9. So glad you are all having a great time. We were gone for a couple of days, so I finally caught up. Wish we would have been able to join you all. I saw that you aren't a Gin drinker, I'm not really either. However, I would recommend trying "The Botanist" gin. It's lighter and very refreshing with some tonic (or diet tonic). If you have the drink package, it's a great time to try something new. If you don't care for it, nothing lost. As the others have said, regarding your eloquently stated editorial, this definitely needs to be sent to the powers that be. Maybe include a copy in your post cruise survey as well. Looking forward to reading the rest of your review.
  10. @Sea Dog Happiest of Anniversaries to you and Linda. @jmh2006 Happy Anniversary to you and Dave as well. Hope you all have a fantastic time on Adventure (one of our favorites). Sorry, we couldn't join you. (We also have an October Anniversary). We'll be in St. Croix in January and anxious to hear about Buccaneer Beach Resort as we have nothing booked yet. Enjoy your cruise!
  11. Love your assessment. As I scroll through the current list, I really don’t recognize any of the names. Our 2 absolute favorites were Graham Seymour and Joff Eaton. Graham was our first Cruise Director in 2005 on Splendour of the seas. He set the bar very high and I haven’t had anyone surpass it. However, I will say Joff has come very close.
  12. Hello all, We are just under 90 days away from our next cruise on Vision out of Baltimore. I've been checking for a quite a while to book one of the dining packages. Preferably the 3 night package. It's been several months and there haven't been any packages in the cruise planner. I thought perhaps that maybe something would show up about 90 days out. Still nothing. Does anyone know if the dining packages have been discontinued or are just not available on Vision for a 13 night cruise? @Ourusualbeach Would you possibly have information regarding the dining packages? Thanks for any input.
  13. When are you guys going on Wonder? We’ll be on February 2025.
  14. Maryann, We were put in a group of about 12 - 15 people (I don’t exactly remember). We were in a very nice small bus. I think she runs about 2 or 3 mini busses, so you are assigned to one. It was well run and not crowded.
  15. we definitely enjoyed our tour. I will give you a little heads up about one of the stops. There is one place where the vendors can be a little overwhelming. It was a fairly short stop, but you could stay in the van if you preferred. They really didn’t bother us as we just say no thank you and move on. However, I know you are a seasoned cruiser and have seen this before. Another thing about the stop is the port area. It has a sort of small zoo there with some cool animals to check out. The peacocks wander freely. We also saw a very cool anteater.
  16. Nice rig! I’m sure Stevie is enjoying the trip. Here’s our setup for the week. We are in the woods in Northern Michigan.
  17. We did a great tour with “Dora the Explorer”. Check her out on TripAdvisor. It was very good and informative. I’d give the link to her site, but my internet is spotty at best here in the Northern Michigan woods. 😊. We did this similar itinerary on Serenade of the Seas in March 2020.
  18. Great itinerary! We really enjoyed Cartagena. We are already doing a 13 night Southern Caribbean in January and doing a 5 night to Bermuda (overnight in Bermuda) next year. Doug still has that darn job thing getting in the way of our cruising.
  19. We mainly use Southwest when flying to and from Baltimore. It’s one of the only places we can get a direct flight when cruising from there.
