Ended up switching back to the Epic 4/7-22/2018. I will catch Bliss another time.

the thing about the ship being built yet is, dont they know what it will look like

 

i was looking at deck plans and they arent complete. how can they NOT know what a certain area will be (restaurant, golf etc etc)

Cruiselines love to build anticipation and reveal things slowly. They only revealed the different cabins so people would know what to book and where the cabins would be located.

I'm sure they know exactly how the ship will look, but we will get that info piecemeal over the coming months.

They realize many will book blind because it's a new ship.

I'd imagine it would be closed down much less for wind than the ropes courses are.

 

 

I'm not sure how these things up on the top deck ruin the flow of the ship. They in no way interfere with your walk from your suite to the buffet.

 

Also, what you say about go-karting sounds exactly like what I say about casinos. Yet, to each his own, right? I think the go karts sound fun.

It appears either FDR got a little carried away, or let the cat(or gocart) out of the bag early

Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story made reference to entertainment features on Norwegian Bliss, but cruise line officials said that those features, the Galaxy Pavilion and race car track, both of which will be on the China-bound Norwegian Joy, are either not going to be on Bliss or are under consideration, but not confirmed.

NavyCruiser contradicts himself, first you sat take out batteries and then said it was a $650 phone, which would be a smart phone and you can not take batteries out of a smart phone.

LG and other companies still make flagship smartphones with removable batteries.

Fantasy has two dining rooms

Celebration is midship

Jubilee is the aft dining room

We don't even bother anymore - the prices we find are not the greatest. In St Thomas a couple weeks back Crown Royal more than at local Costco. They had a sign "not to take pictures" of prices if that tells you anything.

 

If there is something you are really interested in, check your prices at home to see how much of a bargain you get while traveling.

She is buying Pure White Hennessey, it's not available for purchase in the states, so you have to get it in the Caribbean or overseas.

Even non drinkers buy it for resale purposes. You can get $75+ a bottle.

Enjoy the Mongolian on the first day because after that the lines are long.

No Mongolian Wok on Fantasy. It was replaced by Blue Iguana Cantina.

I was just going to ask if that the case why would ncl promote buying 6 bottles of white Henny cause it cheaper if you can't take it off the boat ... thanks for the info

Doubtful you will have to pay duty on just 6 bottles. It's just not worth, the extra time it takes to the agents.

Even if you did, it's worth it for pure white Hennessey, since you can't buy it in the states.

None are open.

Declared value amounts to be proportionately reduced in any case where less than all of Guest’s baggage or property is lost, delayed or rendered unusable due to damage. In no event shall Carnival be liable to pay any compensation if the nature or value of the property has been misrepresented.

I don't see that happening at all. This would bee to chaotic. I doubt many people will want to tour another ship when they could be doing an excursion.

While I don't see it happening, lots of people book cruises just to stay on the ship, without ever doing excursions. Or some stay on the ship at certain ports.

So the issue wouldn't be lack of interest, it would be lack of opportunity.
