tiny little number sticker...........
They usually number mine with a 6 inch paint brush so they can find the number after the laundering process ........ jus sayin

and if you have trouble rinsing them, just use the fire sprinkler head to hang your coat hangers

On our first few cruises we were directed to the Princess Theater to wait disembarkation. Thus I developed an instant hate for the place ......... I carried the grudge so far that I refused to go to any entertainment, movies, shows etc. in the Princess Theater for that very reason.
Things have changed now and we are no longer corralled into PT for disembarkation and I have since attended a few happenings such as shows and presentations.
But if I am totally honest ......... I still grimace at the thought of going to that place cos its one step closer to getting off the ship!
Silly me 😏

Recently flew to the UK via Doha with Qatar Airways.
Yes we had to fly an "avoidance route" up the Persian Gulf keeping the UAE firmly out there under the port wing (got great views of Dubai & Abu Dhabi).
Departure out of Doha to Manchester was directly overhead Iran ....... we had no issues.
We cruised back via the Suez Canal stopping in the UAE.
We did see a patrol boat (assumed to be Iranian as it had no markings or flags) which liked to zoom in our general direction as we cruised through the Straits of Hormuz.
This was in October/November 2019.

If I was going for a walk I would need my adult sized nopes at the moment.
Still rumbly skies above my place

If in doubt ..... answer yes

Mrs Elf liked the fire and ice treatment ...........
PS ....... she firmly believes while it was 'nice', it wasn't worth the money!

Just heard from a friend on this cruise.
Lady friend has a "queasy tummy".
They are on Deck 14 and yesterday they had a wave "knock" on their balcony door!
Windy currently shows them in a 5.3 m swell

Yup, Noordam.
Episode was its usual laugh, especially the wombat segment!

I don't mind quirk.
But lack of relevance, and inaccuracy come to mind.
Compared to the rest of the drivel on free to air tv
I think I prefer Jane!!

Can confirm this device was used on a recent 37 night Sapphire Princess cruise from Southampton to Singapore.
Item was in plain sight on desk ie not hidden and used every day/night for CPAP machine, toothbrush, USB charging etc
Cheers

I gave the internet service on Sapphire a mega burn in my post cruise survey.
The fact that they charge exorbitant prices for a service that fails to perform is ridiculous.
At best it is akin to the old dial up speeds with frequent drop outs and the failure to load various content.
Such a "service" should be free, then we would be getting what we paid for!!

Recent cruise from UK to Aussie I could not source the brand of deodorant I usually use here in Aussie anywhere in the UK.
Particularly important as I have a sensitivity to aluminium based deodorants.
I tried looking at the labels however the writing was so small I gave up.
Ended up having to pick at random and hope for the best.
Problem got worse as I tried to buy in non-english speaking countries.

To answer the original question the brand varies by region and is included in the beverage packages, if you are still unsure, just ask for clarification at time of purchase.
On our recent 37 day cruise from Southampton to Singapore we started with UK branded spring water, thence Italian branded spring water and finally Dubai branded spring water.

The audio of the video is what is used during the mustard drill, including bad jokes and puns.
And if you do a B2B they reset the entertainment system and you get to enjoy it all over again before you can watch tv

My lasting memory of Rhodes ........... Cats.
Stray cats everywhere!!
We found many of the eateries inside the old town walls were a bit touristy and pushy for your custom.
After a short walk from the ship to outside the old town wall we came across the Rhodes Yachting Club Cafe.
Very welcoming local eatery/bar with excellent food and drink ......... and of course cats.

Our cruise director often referred to them as ship prizes ..... yes I said ship!!
I was the lucky recipient of a bottle of shampoo (bubbly) and a wine bottle stopper for winning trivia twice over a 37 day cruise.

As well as the medical evacuation we also had to disembark a crew member on compassionate grounds.
Crew member's only child had been bed ridden for many years and passed away in the Philippines.
Princess organised an emergency offload however because Princess did not have a port agent in Jeddah we had to wait until the Saudi authorities processed the offload and a representative from the airline had to attend the port to pick up and escort the crew member.
Heart breaking for the guy and the rest of the crew who knew him, apparently he was very popular but the rest of the crew.
