Thank you for the hugs Dani and Maryann. We popped down to the beach with our coffee,hot chocolate and 2 banana loaf. It is cloudy and damp.

We decided to have a Starbucks coffee,hot chocolate and 2 warm banana loaf at the beach.

We usually put £5 each in the collection plate every Sunday at our church.

I am so sad to hear your local church is closing and hope there is a way to keep it open. It is sad all those 50 who commented didn't attend church. Our church has many activities and a regular congregation of around 40 regulars including Pauline and myself who contribute in many ways to help the running of the church. Our church has a church shop in the village with volunteers and it receives donations of various things to sell in the shop.

I'm sorry to hear about Sam your lovely dog Jack. It is heartbreaking but you did right by not letting him suffer.
