You can cancel a casino comp cruise and get full refund of port and taxes. It is best to call casino direct to book. Go to clubroyaleoffers.com for phone number. If you decide to cancel you can call at late as a couple days before your sailing for refund of port fees and taxes. They will be able to answer question about which type of balcony your offer qualifies for and book it directly with them. No they will Not give you freeplay if you downgrade your cabin. Loud and rude happens on royal too. We sailed end of August on Oasis and lots of rude people. Was the worst large group of people I've met on a royal ship.
