I strongly agree with the need for an actual muster drill as the video they show is worthless to new cruisers. We have cruised many times for many years now and understand what we need to do but there are so many newbies that will be lost and confused should an emergency happen. It will be those newbies that will create mass confusion.

I know last year and this past Spring/early summer there was a mushroom shortage and that was evident on some of our cruises. I guess Liberty didn't receive their mushroom order.

We have done cruises the first week of January and decorations were up when we boarded and by the end of the cruise they were gone.

My first guess was something to do with world cruise or world peace.

Yes, I really enjoyed season 1. I saw a trailer for season 2 and wasn't sure about it. Hopefully it improves. Please keep us posted since I don't have HBO right now. Waiting for the next freebie to binge on succession and white Lotus, if good.

At 10 pm last night temp outside was still 70f. I had some windows partially open. Was very windy early this morning but that has lessened to a nice breeze with current temp of 69f. Temps to be in high 40s with lows below 32 this coming week....Burr Tomorrow i will start cleaning out the garage so i can get my convertible back in there for winter. We are heading to the shore house either next weekend or Thanksgiving weekend since I have off that Friday. I'm voting for Thanksgiving weekend.

Donna's parents will not be at the wedding on Tuesday. Her Father lives out of the Country. It will be just the 2 of them in front of JOP and whatever witness they have at the courthouse who will record their nuptials. Not sure if they have to pay that person but Eric suggested to Chris he tip them.

From the time of their engagement Christmas 2019. They have been saying they wanted a small wedding. When covid hit they started thinking about doing something outdoors at a park or on the beach in LBI. Then in 2021 they started looking at buying a house. They made offers on a couple homes in 2021 and 2022 but were always outbid. We had offered to gift them money to help with downpayment and closing costs so they would have a more attractive offer to a seller. They gave up for now with mortgages rates in the 7s and very few homes for sale. Donna is from a family that has struggled to keep their head above the water since she was little girl so she is very understanding of money and just didn't see the need to "waste" money on a couple hours for a wedding. She now has a great job and is a great saver. We are looking at as if they are eloping. We treated for their cruise last March, their first one. On that cruise I had suggested maybe get married on a cruise or on a island. They liked that idea but Donna didn't think her family would be able to attend. We are treating as a wedding gift the cruise next March. They are both really excited!! Yes, it's a shame we won't be there to see their nuptials but we are okay with that and will enjoy a nice dinner with immediate family on Thursday.

I saw the bull dozer and wondered the same. Maybe it had been working on a project prior to the storm and just ended up down there when everything collapsed into the sea.

We had 10325 and had a decent view of aquatheater and the sea. We probably won't book another one of these as I like to keep my drapes open all the time.

We won't be there. 😥They are doing their own thing with Justice of Peace at a courthouse in Philadelphia. They decided it would be tough to have a bunch of family due to way the JOP handles things. Also, Chris didn't want Donna to be upset since her parents are divorced and her Father lives out of country and her Mother out of state. I was told they have someone at the courthouse that can take a video as a keepsake. A bunch of us will go out to dinner Thursday night then they will go out to dinner with friends Friday night. Their choice, their special day so I'm just going with the flow and respecting their wishes to not have anything big for them. We are all looking forward to cruising together again next March.🥰

They want to buy a house before starting a family but the housing market is crappy for first time buyers so it may be a while before we become Grandparents.

I love breakfast foods. On a cruise my go to is an omelet (various kinds), Bacon, if available home fries (not hash brown patty) or eggs benedict without the english muffin.
