Same here. At least we only had about 4 inches today but tired of shoveling. All mailboxes will be safe today! I'm staying home today and doing some cleaning and going to make a pot of meatballs and sausage with the last of my sauce from last summer's tomatoes.

More white stuff coming tonight. One local station says 3 to 5 inches but a site online says 5 to 8 inches. At least I have off tomorrow. Mailbox update...I left an apology note with my contact info Wednesday morning and have not heard from them, yet.

@Arzeena. Our Mommies are always with us. Yesterday my zipper was stuck on coat after we came in from shoveling. I told Eric I'm going to be wearing the coat for the rest of my life. He tried and couldnt get. He went to get pliers as I stood there saying "Where's my Mommy, she always fixed my zippers" I gave it one more tug and Viola I am no longer wearing the coat.

I have been very surprised by the amount of items I have fit in these bags. Several pairs of underwear, socks, shorts, t shirts and pjs are the usual items. I handwash bathing suits, bras and blouses with small bottle of woolite.

When shopping for a condo it is important to ask for their Financials to make sure they are in good standing. Plus check to make sure they have proper reserves set aside for general building maintenance such as roofing, painting, etc.

Larger unit = higher Hoa dues. Condo owners still pay individual property taxes to townships but much less than a standalone home. The Hoa also pays property taxes for the land and building.

Condo life is definitely great for frequent cruisers. Sounds like you will enjoy the amenities too! Zillow estimates are hit and miss but give a good idea. Too many variables to determine an exact value with online websites.
