  4. There are not a lot of loungers by or above the retreat pool. It depends on the sailing and the time of year but I have found single loungers earlier in the morning. People tend to take the loungers that are upstairs by the hot tubs first.
  5. The Resilient Lady is already sailing, the Brilliant is not. Both cruises were cancelled AFTER the sea trials which seems to be the same case here with the Sun. THIS is why I am concerned.
  6. Especially if the ship is being built by Fincantieri. As you can see, Virgin had also delayed the Resilient Lady (ship #3) as well - same builder.   7. The same thing happened to Virgin’s Brilliant Lady also being built by Fincantieri. She was supposed to have her US maiden voyage over Christmas of this year. We were scheduled on the New Years cruise which was canceled after final payment. She is STILL not finished and no date as to when she will have her maiden voyage. I hope the same doesn’t happen to the Sun.
  8. I don't think that is it because the same thing happened to me. My CC was charged for my medallion order yet no email or tracking info. I leave Feb 15th. No email from JSalvatierra and I checked my spam as well.
  9. On the CB the suites were invited to the elite lounge for happy hour and drinks. During our cruise it was held in sky walkers. Here is the letter we received.
  10. I have not but know that @cr8tiv1 has and loves them. I am sure she will be happy to fill you in on these suites. All suits get priority boarding, disembarkation, and tendering as stated above. Your concierge will assist you with this. Enjoy your cruise!
  11. It is NOT the Haven. Not even close. In fact, it will not even be as good as the NCL Suite experience, but it will be similar to that. You’ll have priority boarding and such, a special restaurant for breakfast, a special area in the main dining room for Reserve Class dining (a slight step up from main dining) and a few other perks. Free laundry is a fav. The mini bar can be switched out for bottles you prefer or a bottle of wine. All ships offer a suite lounge AREA (newer ships have a dedicated lounge) for happy hour drinks and appetizer snacks. The newer ships have a dedicated lounge that serves snacks and coffees all day and drinks/apps in the evening. As for 360 you will have to email guest services to get it free. We just did that for our December Enchanted cruise. Yes, it is still advertised online so screen shot that (or your summary showing 360 included) and attach it to your email. The cabins are nice and the staff are awesome! The price is waaaay below Haven so do consider that. It is well worth the price IMO.
  12. I can’t understand why these cruise companies can’t design decent easy-to-use websites and Apps that allow customers to do everything they want to do - ie., cancel a cruise, create a group sailing, etc… It’d cut back on the need for hiring additional call center staff.
  13. I sent an email this weekend to guest services and just got this reply. Sweet! I’m not sure about the reason but who cares! They added back our reservations at no charge. 🤗

  15. When we had the Key in LA on the NOS we were able to check-in with the suites at 10:30 AM and boarded with them as well around 11:00 AM. Lunch started at 12:00 PM.
  16. NCL and Princess - all cruise lines IMO - have crappy Technology and website designs. Very out of date. Hopefully Princess will fix the glitch and make things right for those of us who booked 360 prior to the dipseedoo-switcheroo of suite perks. We had issues on our December 2023 NCL Bliss cruise as well. Ship happens I guess. 🤷‍♀️
  17. I did but they could not do anything (Tech glitch🙄🤦🏼‍♀️) so I sent an email to guest services and some top brass. We shall see what happens.
