  1. Post #1414 - I just reread it - I meant to say I certainly hope this isn’t Sid’s last LIVE - the way I worded it may have suggested I hoped it was indeed his last LIVE - the word “likely” threw me - I suppose I could blame it on too much wine - apologies Sid.
  2. I have always been able to pay the deposit, as well as eventual final payment, on-line. And I get a confirmation email almost immediately after payment.
  3. Hmm, lucky you #345, you got a “very special thanks,” I was #200 and thought that was special, ha, loving it all Sid, thank you for all the fun, still with you.
  4. Perhaps Post #615, several days ago, should have been our first clue!
  5. Sid, tried to find your last LIVE on the site because I wondered how many followers you had on that one, but I could not find it, strange, anyway you said it was 329, you’ll break it for sure.
  6. Sid, do you remember what Bus # you took to Cemetery Beach, or perhaps it will be easy for me to figure out when I get to the Bus Depot?
  7. Sid, what Bus #/Color do you take to Cemetery Beach?
  8. I just looked online and it says Oceanview and Balconies are sold out and there appears to be ONE Interior left! Can that be?
  9. We always go to MEGA, know those escalators well, thank you for the pics.
  10. The past several months I have received my e-ticket early. For our upcoming February 26 cruise I got it end of January. It seems that when I sign-in and make sure everything is complete and correct (I never enter credit card info - not necessary) I receive the e-ticket within a day.
  11. We have been on a few older ships since they are up and cruising again. Initially shelves were completely empty, now I find it is sort of hit or miss. Perhaps cruisers themselves are leaving books behind, something I always do. So was wondering what was being done on the new ships.
  12. I have always booked on-line with MSC and have never had problems with choosing what I want from experience to cabin choice (never did Yacht Club), make payments on-line and immediately get an email receipt, and check-in on-line receive e-ticket in a timely manner. All done and set to go for February 26 Seascape.
  13. At embarkation, as already stated, you cannot bring any beverages on board with you. However at Ports, upon return to the ship, there is a belt/security that you need to put bags, etc.onto but we have found that any beverages purchases are not taken from you.
  14. Oh yes, there are those lifeguards, of course I do not know what they do regarding inflatable items, OP - there are beach areas where people swim and snorkel that do not have lifeguards.
  15. We’ve always taken our own snorkeling gear. We have seen kids with inflatable items, have never seen an inflatable paddle board being used but would assume okay, always worth a try, really no one around to say “no.”
  16. Love it when vehicle is packed and we hit Alligator Alley! Following along, will embark March 5, yeah. Congratulations on your 50th Carnival, very eventful. And thank you for committing the time to take us all along.
  17. Meraviglia this month, January ‘23 - no. Divina October ‘22 - no.
  18. I apologize - “Italian” champagne - Prosecco.
  19. Just off Mera - did a B2B - got Champagne and ‘Macarons’ and Butchers Cut dinner on both bookings. Had a Diamond gathering on seven night booking but there was not one on four night booking. Did not hear anything about changes in levels.
  20. Started thread asking if Mera offers a luncheon for B2Bers, enjoyed it on Divina in October - a very nice touch, on Mera now, it does not do a luncheon for those on B2B.
  21. On a B2B do they offer a special luncheon on the Meraviglia? They did on the Divina the end of 2022 and it was excellent. It meant you did not have to join the new cruisers that were embarking at the buffet.
  22. We had it on Divina out of Port Canaveral couple months ago, on ship and Ocean Cay also.
