We disembarked from the Onward last week and loved it. We particularly enjoyed the Atlas bar and went there every night before dinner. The drinks were interesting and the staff were great. Other than that, I didn’t feel like Onward felt much different than the other ships. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the crew was fantastic as always.
Hi Brenda
sailed with you on one of the first Az cruises in the Carribean it was the Quest or the Journey we did one after the other way back in 2008 or 2009
I think we did an excursion to a fort can’t fully remember
senior moment , alas getting more and more of these 😎👍☀️
take care and nice to see you on the boards

We're planning to go on the Celebrity Summit in March (first timers on Celebrity line but been on Regent & Silver Sea cruises).
Does the Premium Beverage package include after dinner liquors delivered to your table? I'm not sure what is or is not included in Premium Liquor Package or if it's All Inclusive ? Thank you for helping this Celebrity newbie.
Hi
we have found that if we ask it will be brought to the table, but we usually just have a nice port with our cheeses and then move to a nice bar. Although I have been known to ask for a cognac. You should not have any issues enjoy your cruise.

Very happy to see the Book Later option gives you one year to book 🙂 In my cruise docs for our upcoming cruise it says 90 days which I suspected was incorrect.
Hello
my TA has advised me to not take the book later option but to actually mak a booking on board.
The reason is that once I have booked on board I can change or move the booking
Innumerable times. But the book later option only allows me to book a cruise at a future date at that particular price , then if I want to change that booking I will be liable for any change fees. I am in the UK so it may be different elsewhere

Hi
we booked the Oct 14 to oct 22 sailing and originally it was to sail from Istanbul
to Athens but has now been chartered. So we are now from to Istanbul.
Where the ship sails after that is anyone’s guess

We’re staying here! Mostly for selfish reasons as I think keeping two threads going will be too much of a time suck for me.I’ll take no offense though if some want to drop out of following for the MSC half!
Hi Charla,
fantastic review as always I recently followed a celebrity cruiser doing a Cunard cruise and comparing each. He posted a link on the Cunard board for those that wished to follow along, as you seem quite tech savvy I am sure you can do that so the MCs cruisers can follow your fantastic cruising blogs.
You really make it seem like we are all sailing with you, we sailed last September for the first time in a sky suite. Needless to say all our 6 future cruises have been upgraded. But I am determined to keep my dear wife away from the suites with the big brown doors, enjoy you next leg

We were last at Embassy Suites about 9 months ago in April. I have to agree she is showing her age and even our TV's did not have HDMI connections - while all rooms we preciously had did have them. At the high price I was surprised that when spending 2 nights they did no offer room being cleaned or serviced daily.
I'll be doing some more looking but wanted Fort Lauderdale also I still have a no fee cancellation up until 72 hours prior to arrival.
Hi Jim
have a look at the Riverside Hotel on Las Olas has great reviews and the corner tower rooms look really nice

We used a similar promo some years ago, and it was the first time we had ever arrived and departed on the day of a cruise.Everything went very smoothly.
I have checked my old files and the plane arrived at FCO around 13-15.
Celebrity staff were waiting they directed us to leave our cases and the coaches
were waiting out side the airport. We were on board by 3-30 and it all went well.
please also remember that you are using Flights by Celebrity and most passengers will be sailing and if there are any delays they will hold the ship or should do.
IMHO you will be fine.

Forgot to add, the corner balcony is huge and on deck 9 no obstructed views.
This was our first time in a suite, loved Michaels club and Cranston was great.
We enjoyed it so much that we upgraded all our next sailings to suites, no way back it seems.Have just got to keep my wife away from those suites with the big brown doors.

Wondering which terminal the Reflection uses in Port Everglades? I'm guessing 25 or 26?
If so where is the closest available parking?
Thanks in advance
If your wife is struggling the why not drop her off with the luggage and then you go and park your car. She can just sit , watch the world go by and wait for you.

I was on Edge TA Oct/Nov
On the S class ships Luminae shares the galley with the MDR so choosing from that menu is not usually a problem. Totally different on Edge class ships because Luminae has its own separate galley/kitchen

it is the Marriott Ft Lauderdale airport. They have a shuttle and you can grab breakfast use the lounge
maybe worth just giving them a call and ask to have breakfast and then chill in the lounge.

Has anyone given a thought that it may well be X starting the rumours to gauge the re-action. Or is that me being cynical 😱😱😂😂

Hello
have stayed at this hotel https://www.hotelducadalba.com/en/
it is very near the Colosseum and close to the metro. Just a heads up hotel prices in Rome have sky rocketed
since Covid

If your sailing is the 9 Oct sailing
Rhodes and Mykonos are ports that you can do on your own.
The ship docks right outside Rhodes town and it is an easy walk into the walled city.
Mykonos is lovely to walk around there is a bus from the tender stop to the town. We walked along the sea front had a walk around the town had some lunch on the sea front and took the bus back to the ship. There is a tour to Delphi that I may do next time but only if the ship does it due to timing. There are a few excursions in Santorini but there is one that leaves the ship first and takes you by boat to another
part of the Island and you are bussed back to the ship.
We took the hop on hop off bus tour in Malta and really enjoyed it.When we stopped in Athens we hired a driver for the half day tour which was really enjoyable. We used PK Tours
https://www.pktravelgreece.com/private-shore-tours
I notice they also do a tour in Katakolon.
hope this helps

Booked this cruise about a week ago - friends wanted to join us - can you believe ALL retreat suites are totally sold out??? Or do you think some are held and will have to be purchased AFTER the 75 % off second guest in cabin? Just surprised all sold out already for 2024.
These cruise really sell out very quickly, I booked as soon as the-sailing was released and even then I only had a choice of about 6 suites. So very glad we booked when we did. There are only 9 Aqua class cabins available which includes Blu. As a suite guest you could dine in Blu and invite your friends into Luminae for a fee of I think $50 pp.
After final payment or even before if a suite opens up they could upgrade but just looking at the pricing we booked our SS1 for less than the price for an Aqua cabin.
Why not join the roll call 👍
Cutbacks in the buffet, room service charge, charge for extra lobster, down grade in burgers, what is next?
