Still sort of available, but now called a banana split and not as large as the volcano was.

Do you know how many pixels that is? For example, a photo from my camera is 5.0 mb with the number of pixels being 5184 x 3888. For an 8" x 10" print, the image resolution should be 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum. So, does the photo that is 1.4 mb have at least 1536 x 1024 pixels? If not, a good 8x10 print would not be possible.

Advantages of booking a B2B as a single booking: o Might have lower pricing. o Definitely have the same cabin for both segments Disadvantages of booking a B2B as a single booking: o Lower pricing for an individual segment may not apply to the single booking o Wanting to change EZAir for either start or end of cruise requires changing for both with no guarantee that the one you did not want to change will still be available or at the original price. Must also consider how OBC applies to how a B2B is booked. Sometimes there is more OBC when booked as two cruises and sometimes there is more OBC when booked as a single voyage. When a B2B can be booked as a single voyage or as two voyages, Princess allocates cabins for each way a segment can be booked. Example: Consider four segments A,B, C and D and you want to book just B and C. The segments you want might are bookable as: o B & C as separate bookings o B & C as a single booking (And what you would not want): o A&B as a single booking o C&D as a single booking Princess will allocate cabins for each way they can be booked. So: o B & C as separate bookings -- these cabins not available for single booking o B & C as a single booking -- these cabins not available for separate bookings o A&B as a single booking -- B cabins not available to you since you do not want A o C&D as a single booking - C cabins not available to you since you do not want D So, for example, if there are 30 cabins in a category and they are split three ways for booking, (assuming they are split evenly) only 10 cabins would be available for B&C as a single booking. These 10 could be sold out while a number of cabins are still available if booked separately.

What is the resolution of the photos on the flash drive? I remember pre-pandemic they were low resolution photos not suitable for 8x10 prints.

Make that a recent copy of your broker's statement that shows the stock ownership. (Or the purchase confirmation if recently purchased.)

The only reason that Princess even allows OBC to be used to book excursions pre-cruise is that Princess used to allow you to make reservations pre-cruise, but not pay for them until the cruise which meant it was easy to use OBC. But then Princess changed to requiring shore excursions to be paid when booked, requiring full payment at the time of booking. There were major complaints by customers because using OBC on board was a main use of OBC. So pre-cruise excursions were booked less which meant Princess had a hard time selling them pre-cruise. Princess relented and now allows using OBC pre-cruise to pay for excursions. Other items such as specialty dining never could be reserved pre-cruise using OBC. The competition (CCL, HAL, RCI, Celebrity) does not allow use of OBC pre-cruise to pay for shore excursions.

You will get one cruise credit for each segment of the cruise. At the end of each segment, you will also be credited with the number of days from the segment just completed. When you reach Elite status by cruise credits or days at the end of a segment, be sure to contact the Captain's Circle rep to have your status upgraded to Elite. It may not happen automatically on the ship. Questions from me: What times are the evening shows in the Princess Theater? If they change during the cruise, please let us know the new times. Thanks

You looked at the IC before 11 AM?

My lazy brain cells recall that last fall the company that was handling some support for pre-cruise use of the Medallion app was going off on their own without Princess knowledge or approval offering various travel packages to Princess customers. Being a support company for use of the app, they had access to the Princess customer data base. The offer of these Future Cruise Packages should be considered as just an offer from a travel agent and not at all directly from Princess or with the approval of Princess.

Question about mini suite on Caribbean Princess
caribill replied to Bollycats's topic in Princess Cruises
Walls are not magnetized, but a magnet will stick to them. -
You bid for one and, if successful, will pay for two. This is true if there is just one person in a cabin or two.

How to add internet for child (3rd passenger)
caribill replied to lindsaygal's topic in Princess Cruises
Call Princess and have them add it for the 3rd passenger. -
You can get a paper version two ways: a) Ask your cabin steward the first day to put it in your cabin each evening b) Ask for a copy at the Customer Service Desk

The main benefit of Club Class is that dining works like true Anytime Dining. When you show up, you will usually be seated immediately. Previous to DMW, Traditional dining meant that when you showed up at the assigned time after the first evening, you could go immediately to your table. With DMW, with or without a reservation when you show up after the initial seating each evening, you are likely to wait in a long line before being seated with no assurance you will have the same waitstaff every evening. So the best benefit of Club Class is that immediate seating and usually with the same waitstaff (and often the same table) each evening. How much that is worth in $$$ is up to you.

Dropped / Missing Excursion From Princess Travel Summary
caribill replied to WoodstockGirl's topic in Princess Cruises
Was the excursion itself cancelled or did it go on without you? -
Poster was asking about the 10% excursion rebate OBC. That is refundable. As indicated in my post, OBC that is part of a booking promotion is non-refundable.

Dropped / Missing Excursion From Princess Travel Summary
caribill replied to WoodstockGirl's topic in Princess Cruises
Did you book the cruise with a TA? Our experience is that the notice from Princess goes to the TA and the TA must then forward it to you. This happens even though the TA in no way, shape or form is involved with the original booking of the excursion. -
Stockholder = non-refundable Excursions OBC = refumdable promotions (from FCD, booking promotionsw, etc) = non-refundable military = I think refundable, but not sure TA OBC = usually really provided by Princess and, if so, non-refundable

How is the bidding system doing? Any comments?
caribill replied to Bwana Tom's topic in Princess Cruises
The bidding process is designed to provide maximum income to Princess. Thus, accepting a $945 bid gives the most income to Princess from your sister's multiple bids.
