None of the beverages in your stateroom are covered, neither the bottle of water nor the contents of the mini bar. We have always surmised that it keeps down the potential of "sharing" that which is not allowed to be shared.

Try the ports of call board

Welcome to CruiseCritic, which is full of information about cruising. The site is searchable and you will find many posts containing photos of the Christmas decorations if you search it.

Take a deep breath.
Are you booked on Summit? Can you transfer to another cruise, either this season or next?
-
Do you have a screen shot or any proof that you were given the reduced price? Otherwise i doubt if anyone will do anything for you.
-
Try the Cruise Critic sub forum called Cruise Air.

Agree that taxes can change. On Equinox last month when we had our itinerary re-arranged some got a refund of around $36 others got $6. It just depended on the booking date.
So from when you booked to now its quite possible there would be a difference in taxes and fees.

REmember that power boards and multi-socket devices that have surge protectors built into them are fire hazards on ships so leave them at home.

To be clear, this pre-departure lounge refers to a place to wait on the last morning of the cruise -- departure day from the ship. Some people interpret the term "departure lounge " to mean a place to wait on embarkation day but not so, it's disembarkation day. The end of the cruise, not the beginning.

Assume ng you are not just off a TA, you might take advantage of Luggage Valet.
-
IT might be but you have to factor in that the geography of Alaska may work against you.....go to and from glacial viewing signal is sometimes blocked by the terrain
-
Based on past experience it is unlikely you will have Luggage Valet after your transatlantic voyage.

The elecrontic kiosks as described by cruiserbillyboo are in use in airports but not in cruise ports.

The listing of senior officers is an insert in the Daily on embarkation day or day one. Perhaps you missed it?

I noticed that too. Darwin's is on the ships that go to the Galapagos, not on Reflection.

Here is part of the language in the "fine print"
"Tours booked prior to the start date of the Offer cannot be cancelled and rebooked under this Offer"

The Michael's Club Concierge and the Suite 'manager are two different positions.

There are no formal nights per se but you will see some men and women dressed in formalwear on the elelgant nights. If you have the luggage space and enjoy the experience of dressing up, by all means do.
There are robes but no coffee makers.

Looks like a perhaps-inexperienced terminal employee made a mistake. They work for the port, not Celebrity, by the way. Next time you will know to watch for the signage.
But if you were really in line for an hour i would guess that all the lines were running slowly. Perhaps there was some sort of problem with that day's embarkation process?

ARe you sure Celebrity offers you champagne on boarding? Their private label is champagne? In the past it was always sparkling wine, not champagne.
-
Thats not correct. Some in ternational flights are included this year.
-
Look on your Roll Call, rather than here on the general Celebrity board, for the greatest chance of success.

Cruise Critic does not have a private messaging feature.
