Looks like Peter42 is a newbie. Welcome to Cruise Critic. You will soon learn to look at the posting dates before responding to a thread.

Looks like an issue of timing. Its one less thing for the steward to do on the very busy turnover day. Shift it to a less-busy day to even out the load. Nothing to panic about.

The program is not available outside the US. Inside the US it is found at FLL, SEA, And MIA only.

THis is all now Moot, see today's posting that the pay venue was just a "pop-up" and is no more. Everything back to normal, move along, nothing to see here.....:)

Your steward will bring you all the hangers you need. They will be wire or plastic, not the wooden ones that come in the staterooms but you can get as many as you wAnt, just ask.,

Pool attendant = Pool butler

Usually 7 and 9 but sometimes theres a late night show and sometimes there are matinees.

Try asking on the Cruising Technology forum.

Ummmm....which ports?
-
Yes, complimentary
-
And you had better trust your friends not to run up a huge SeaPass bill because you would be responsible for the charges on your room account. and vice versa.
-
Have you requested one through Special Needs?
-
There is no access to the rooms until the announcement is made that the rooms are open. What worked on other lines probably wont work on Celebrity. the chair might not evenbe there until closer to the appointed time. I say go later when you are certain the room will be open.

And being able to figure out how to navigate doesn't speak to the many content errors you find, such as shore excursions for the wrong ports, maps that don't match itineraries, typos, and spelling errors. I see that they still say that Michael's Club serves breakfast. It doesnt. They tell me that "this page no longer exist (sic)" and "if this error persist (sic) please call". It was all done too quickly without enough proofreading.

Thers no way to tell you what "most people " do. Depends on the itinerary. Depends on the time of year. Depends on the length of the cruise. Depends on how many families there are.
-
I hope someone who is sailing on the President's cruise next month will take a printout of this and the other thread with similar comments and hand them to LLP in person!
-
Arrive later, say 2 pm, and he will have immediate access to the room.

On the Celebrity website, under Family Cruising there's a photo of two kids doing artwork with a staff member. Th boy has a green wristband on. That's one. They will come in different colors depending on which muster station is yours. ( They are similar to the wristbands used at amusement parks)

Lee Moreau has gone to her new position. SO does anone know who took over as head of the loyalty programs (Captain's Club)?
-
We would help you find your Roll Call but you need to specify which ship.
-
I think when you are using the word "surcharge" you are asking about the gratuity. There is a gratuity charged, at the rate of 18%. This would be charged whether you buy the beverage without benefit of a package, or whther you are just paying the difference in price betweeen the cost od the drink and what the package allows.
So, if your chosen drink is $11 and the package allows $10, you would pay $1.18 out of pocket (well, on your SeaPass account but you get the idea)

One person can upgrade, you both don't have to.

WHat day of the week? Thats a factor as well.

What kind of information do you need?

It has to fit through the luggage scanner. If its too big, they will send you back through the queues to check it in with a porter. The machines are the kind you see in airports and wont take full sized suitcases.
