  1. Yes - read the link I posted above. You can do the self test and take a picture. We will be on a B2B and being advised we will have to do a free B2B test aboard administered by Celebrity If you have any of your fee tests from the governments you can use these instead of purchasing new ones. Instructions say you can take a picture or bring the negative test with you
  2. While it isn't spoken of much under https://www.celebritycruises.com/health-and-safety You still see that test is still being required for Galapagos, Australia/New Zealand, Transatlantic / Transpacific Crossings and Caribbean itineraries (visiting Turks and Caicos) Vaccines In order to sail on a Transatlantic or Transpacific crossing with us, we will require all guests ages 12 and older to be fully vaccinated.
  3. Thanks I'm sure they will get along well. They are from Ayrshire and also enjoy fish. I have tenancy of eating fish 80% of the time when sailing. At least in Luminae the fish chef is incredible and always cooks to perfection.
  4. Y0u receive a 20% discount on any and all wine that you buy by the bottle . They then add it back on and call it Gratuity. Maybe it's our status but never limited to one time. Back it the "'Ol days they use to give you paper coupon one per member. In the worst case if they were to enforce both you and wife would be eligible.
  5. Have to agree I loved the Raspberry, Pistachio desert and would usually have it a couple times on a curies. Already too much chocolate on the desert menu.
  6. Yes cappuccino's are included with your classic drink package. YOu can also order in Blu as well as included at the Captain's Club elite and above Light Breakfast.
  7. Great... I thought I had read that bu the remark ahead but the Remark above that Apex should be better had me questioning.
  8. Over the years I've made an observation. Most people that remove the tips do not do it so they can give it to the individuals that served them. I've noticed so they can pocket it an not tip all. Back in the days with envelopes I use to notice some of our most difficult tablemates decide to to to the Buffet on the last night - It was so obvious that we knew the intention was to stiff the wait staff.
  9. mrspjotter 490 August 25, 2008 Southampton, United Kingdom #6 Posted February 21, 2011 We were in Curacao at the Aquarium and beach this time last week! We did a morning tour with P&O and we caught the Pelican Express out to the beach - the boat ride was about 30 mins and included entrance to the beach a lounger and a drink. We arrived at 11 am and the "public" chairs which we had access to were very crowded and busy but it is a lovely place with bars and shops by the beach and you could easily spend a whole morning or afternoon at the aquarium. 10. Curious if Apex was already upgraded or if an estimated date has been published.
  11. While on the ship put your phone in Airplane Mode - you can turn on internet to use the app. When in port turn off airplane mode and enable Cellular Roaming. You will get a confirmation e-mail from T-Mobile Mexico showing your costs for making a phone calls and an indication of free wifi roaming. Once back on ship turn on Airplane mode. The good thing is if you forget you will get a text from T-Mobile.
  12. That was the tread I remember reading. Thanks for pointing. Never regret reading a thread again.
  13. We will be sailing in May of 202. Would be nice to see if yo don't mind shooting pictures.
  14. I finally found the Stock Menus for MDR from Edge - 2022 so may change but a good start so they can get an idea https://www.celebritycruisespresscenter.com/download-press-kit-item/41/
  15. I believe the Vegetarian and Vegan Menus are the same regardless of MDR, BLU or Luminae. I thought I had seen posted but can't seem to find it.
  16. I thought I once saw a copy of the Vegetarian Menu. Does anyone have a copy of can send me to a link. We will be traveling with my SIL and BIL in Luminae and they often by choice eat Vegetarian but also eat meat. I didn't remember if they had one or whether the Maitre' d just came over treated it like special diets.
  17. Try it using the App instead of the Web version or other way around. I did it to Iain's the other day and he had to close the browser and reopen for it to show up again.
  18. With all due respect. Asking the same question in 3 separate threads is going to get the same answer. Yes a Regular Uber will work fine. We normally travel with 2 Large Suitcases and Duffel Bag and a Backpack and never had a problem
  19. Usually on the last evening of a cruise when you buy any duty free they just give it to you in a box and you carry it back to your room. What you do with it is up to you. Just don't make a big deal about it. Of course I would never do this!
  20. Nord recently came out with something called NordMesh - Both both machines need to be logged onto Nord account via VPN and from that you can connect securely to your home PC. I tried it in December using Starlink and worked perfect. https://support.nordvpn.com/General-info/Features/1845333902/What-is-Meshnet.htm Another options is TeamViewer free for individuals as long as being used for non-commercial use. If they expect you are using for commercial purposes they will freeze the account but you can e-mail them assuring our not commercial and they unlock it. I've use TeamViewer many times while on Celebrity.
  21. We are doing the TA on Apex in April and now arriving Rotterdam. After a week in Amsterdam we rejoin the Apex for the British Isle - It departs Amsterdam but returns to Rotterdam. Been lots of discussion (after all the complaining) on our Roll Calls.
  22. easiest to do a mock booking - Just put in Departing from look up your hotel and the Port Everglades Port 25. Prices are constantly changing due to demand but currently from Embassy Suite to Terminal 25 Regular 8.94 Uber XL 14.49 Black 16.14 I always check both Uber and Lyft ans prices can be quite a bit difference if one is surging and one isn't No problem with Regular with our luggage. We often get an XL at Regular price if demand is low. Last time in San Diego we got a Tesla - really nice.
  23. This one was from my cruise e-Documents for a December 11 Cruise. As usual what I received for a December cruise could be totally different from you. I have heard they are now giving 12 months but personally have not seen that yet. I booked onboard as they had just released the 2024 European schedule while on the ship.
  24. Celebrity is no longer mailing tags. You can get them in your e-Documents or alternatively - Select Cruise and in the area above Manage Reservation - Where Checkin it will also have an active link to your luggage tags without the full e-Documents.
