  1. The UK has no quarantine requirement and is up to the person what they want to do. They suggest 5 day but all regulations have been eliminated. The U.S. requires either a negative test 1 day prior to flying or a certificate of recovery (accompanied by a proctored positive test results at least 10 days prior to flying) In my case even though I had been tested positive the day before departure I was escorted off the ship into a baggage area with about 250 people (none wearing masks). We got Certificates of Recovery to not have to deal with testing as we had already planned a trip to visit family. We quarantined for 5 days and continued to stay away from family except outside for 5 more days to make sure we didn't infect and of our unaccredited Grand Nieces and Nephews. LHR airport and Flight home on United only about 5% of Flight Attendants and Passengers were wearing masks. In retrospect I guess we were lucky I tested early on the Pre-May 1 policy.
  2. Most of the time I've been asked to present my Credit Card for additional charges while on the ship. It doesn't have anything to do with who paid for the cruise. Since resumption of cruising after covid about 50% of time I've been asked for the credit card again especially with B2B's Not sure if it is just an issue of training when using a transit pass and then coming back to the termingal. When processed on the ship I[m not asked.
