Dinner in the MDR. Caribbean night. Asian style pork Bao Tacos Jerk Pork Chop with dirty rice and plantains. Outstanding. Royal Chocolate Cake. So far I like the new menu. It’s got some new and interesting items.

Lunch at Paradise Beach. Caribbean Breeze with Tequila. Coconut Shrimp at recommended by Andrew @A&L_Ont so good. Chicken Burrito was great. Saul our fantastic server. They really take care of you. As crowded as it was it never felt crowded and we never had to wait for a cocktail or food. I’m really impressed.

Can’t wait to see them.

Heated pool at Paradise Beach. Heated but cool when first getting in but great after getting acclimated. Residents that are very talkative.

6 Ships in port today. Luckily Oasis in first. Another on their way in to dock.

So I’ll take advantage of the good wi-if and post some pictures of the Aqua 80’s show last night. If you are a fan of 80’s music you will love this. I really liked how the music was layered with sometimes 3 songs on top of one another. You would hear a Prince song with say a Sting song with vocal samples from other songs. Very creative. I have not seen that. They have the Remy VS, Remy VSOP, and Remy XO which was fantastic. Obviously they Louie but I did not get that. They also have Hennessy. I did not see the Frapin Wow that’s a lot better than I’m getting.

John suggested a crescendo. I really like this cocktail. Made with citrus vodka, peach schnapps,apple schnapps,midori,triple sec and pomegranate syrup. Very tasty.
