Rats I wanted 7pm but it was either 5:30 or 10:30. Hope to see you. The food looks amazing. We went there in September. It was recommended by a dear friend friend who is Cuban and lived in Miami. She highly recommended it. Make sure you try some empanadas for a appetizer and make room to walk nice door to the bakery for dessert. Incredible!!

Made reservations for dinner tomorrow night. Excited to try this restaurant.

I won't be after this cruise with John! I asked someone who is currently on board. It's not grat. They will have some of the Texas bourbons Balcones which are just ok. I'm not getting my hopes up. That's how I look at it. I would be reluctant to try new things if I was paying per drink as I go. This way I'll be more adventuresome.

I don't know if I can make it through the whole list but I will try. I'm not an alcoholic, I'm a functioning cocktail enthusiast

Thanks to all who are on the road and posting. I’m finishing things here at home but am basically ready to go. We will go to bed early tonight and wake at 3am to be on the road by 3:45am. We have a SW flight at 6:30. I’ll be tired but I can always snooze on the plane. Cheers to the Bella Cruisers!

Yeah I wonder what’s up with that?

It has a light fountain that is pretty cool. I’ll take a pic and post it when we leave. We have all these new restaurants but I don’t think any of them will be open that early in the morning.

I’ll usually drink the frozen drinks during the day when I’m outside and it’s hot. At night I’m a cocktail kind of guy.

Packing and organizing is continuing. Most that know me here know that I have the same gene that @singinalot has and that is one of precision planning and organizing. I'm not OCD, I'm CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order - as they should be. I always make a schedule pre-cruise. Now of course everything is subject to change as I schedule my spontaneity 2 weeks in advance but I like seeing the whole week in front of me. Not to mention when I go to get specialty restaurant reservations on embarkation day. Here is what the week is looking like for me and Mrs. Sea Dog.

One thing that this Sea Dog likes to do on a cruise having the Deluxe Drink Package is to try new and different cocktails. As Frank Sinatra said "Alcohol may be man's worst enemy, but the bible says love your enemy." I have so many ideas on what to have the bartenders make. What about an Octopus Martini? Hmm what do you think? “I feel sorry for people that don't drink, because when they wake up in the morning, that is the best they are going to feel all day.” Cheers!
