  1. For liberty's Oct. 16th We are parking in the Garage. It's right across from the terminal. Go to https://www.portofgalveston.com/91/Cruise-Parking--General-Information and pay your fee and you will get a printout with a QR code that will be scanned upon arrival and let you in the garage.
  2. Plus you can actually hear and understand them more clearly. It was amazing to hear the difference when Donald the bartender from the Schooner Bar worked Coco Beach Club and because it was outside did not have to wear his mask. I could actually understand him where as on the ship I had to have him repeat things.
  3. Yea!!!! Judging from the empty glass I take it you liked it. How was the mud slide? I always tell them to go heavy on the chocolate syrup.
  4. That manual is an older one. It may be different now. I make it with the coconut and Banana. Im on Liberty next week and will investigate what the bartender does. This needs to investigated! 😜
  5. As I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed some tremors in my hand. I was concerned about Parkinson’s but my doctor says it’s normal with age. I guess time will tell.
  6. I'm sorry I stand corrected again. After looking at my "Cocktail Notes" I looked in my saved copy of the Royal Caribbean Bartenders Training Guide. Here is the screenshot of the proper way to make a Lava Flow. I have adjusted my notes. With any drink you can always add things and that's why I initially had banana in there.
  7. Of course Kraken and a Kraken topper. I have two versions for this cocktail and I don't why I gave you the first version. The first version would not give you the red color. Here is second with strawberries. I think this is the right recipe. 1.5 oz light rum 1oz Kraken 2 oz coconut cream 2 oz pineapple juice 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries 1 banana Mix strawberries and rum place contents at bottom of glass mix together then mix unused ingredients with crushed ice pour into glass
  8. My rule of thumb. Cocktail + Water + Cocktail + Water + Cocktail + Water = Happy Life.
  9. Let me know how you like it? I have not messed around with mine too much except for change some settings. Got a new magnetic mount. I hope it works better than the failed suction cup mount.
  10. That was my only complaint of the Red Velvet Cake I had on Symphony that it was a little dry. I wonder what he did to make it more moist?
  11. Linda and I got our 3rd COVID booster shot two days ago and besides a slightly sore arm we have felt great. I got my flu shot a month ago and Linda got her flu shot the same time as the booster. We are ready for Liberty next week.
  12. Sounds kinda like a Lava Flow. Lava Flow 1 oz Rum 1 oz coconut cream of 1 banana 2 oz pineapple juice 1 cup crushed ice Blend in Blender
  13. The bottom half is Strawberry Daiquiri , and the top half is Mango Daiquiri. I like to swirl it all together before drinking it to blend the flavors. A lot of the bartenders don't know this by name, so I sometimes have to describe it. 🙂
  14. I'm glad you like the Brandy Alexander and the She's a Geisha. I am normally not a big Sake fan but on Explorer I had this cold sake in Izumi and it was fantastic. It was sweet but oh so good. You might see if they have it.
  15. You are the King! I drew a lot of my inspiration of Mooring lines from you. I like the club idea. How about "A Bunch of Mooring Guy's."
