    A frigid day in northern Vermont. Stopped for lunch at the tiny (4 table), Maudite Poutine, on their last day of business as a sit down operation. Going back to their food cart roots. The classic poutine is SO good!

    It must be helping or else they have upgraded their version of Windows. The last time I used the computers in In Touch (Quest June 22), it was abysmal.

    I’m wondering how this will work with the onboard computers in the “In Touch” room.

    I’m hoping to try the Italian. I’ve had the French two or three times, and while good, the menu never changes.

    We sleep on a queen at home, so the Azamara beds seem HUGE to us! 😄

    I have noticed a “slight of hand” with other drinks in the supposed Ultimate package too. To whit, bottom shelf spirits to make a cosmopolitan when I could plainly see. I didn’t comment, but still…

    Love this! One of our daughter’s Puerto Rican partner makes this for us every Christmas!

    And right after I posted my prediction, a friend posted a video of her tapped backyard maple dripping away! Still, colder weather is in the forecast and I am not regretting my March cruise!!

    Even though we too are going through a warm spell, my best guess is that the season won’t begin until March. And alas, we won’t be home to tap our tree this year!

    I have been in that cabin on the Quest and noise was not an issue. Sometimes you get vibration at full speed, but it never bothered us

    I do. I’m just conditioned to feel cheap by doing so 🤷‍♀️

    The difficulty is that when they bring you the slip to sign at the end of the meal in the specialty restaurants, there is a tip line, creating (at least for me) kind of an uncomfortable moment. It’s the same in the spa, even though they clearly already add a tip!

    Thanks, Phil, that’s exactly what I planned to do, figuring that at least I could get some OBC for booking onboard (assuming I can make something work)! I have another cruise in October, so I’ll try it then 🤞

    All but my TA’s OBC showed up right away. My TA’s OBC showed up a day or two into the cruise

    After my next cruise, I will be moving to Discover, giving me 4 “complimentary” nights. From what I am hearing, I am unlikely to be able to use them on anything other than possibly a very short cruise. Is that about right?

    In my experience, the Patio has not always been open for dinner. I am really hoping that it will be on our upcoming cruise!

    You can also order other cocktails, such as martinis, Manhattans, mojitos, etc. Just ask to be made with included spirits.
